I always have my hair colour with Lauren, have done for years. She is so thorough with highlighting, would not go to anyone else. Perfect results every time. The salon is friendly and inviting. A pleasurable experience every time.

Everyone wants feedback these days and you sometimes have to wonder if it's taken notice of. Lauren has been doing my colour for several years now and she's an excellent colourist, but the time before last, something went a bit wrong so I mentioned it in the feedback. This was acknowledged in a most generous way at the end of my most recent appointment. Thank you so much. I'm also pleased to say that I am very happy with the result, once again. I just think it's great for the trainees to cut hair on real people and customers like myself who can't afford expensive haircuts and being a single parent is amazing. It is always a very good experience when I visit Tony and guy wether as a model or client the staff are always very friendly and welcoming and you feel very uplifted leaving with a lovely hairstyle it was trainee Louise who styled my hair today under the supervision of Austin she was a very pleasant young lady

The girl that did my hair (Rona/Rhona??) is a lovely girl who listened to what I said and did a cracking job. Glad to hear proper music too instead of that tortuous 'advert music' on loop! :) I will be back!

He tactfully guided me through what he recommended which was exactly what I wanted. He gave me some good tips for managing my thin straight hair. I left with my mission accomplished.
