Booked senior stylist for my hair and hat fitted for grandsons wedding in truro. My finished style looked like I had never bothered to go.all the family asked what was wrong with my hair.I ended up in tears and on photos I am at the back out of sight I spent several hours travelling from Durham for this very special day and the senior stylist was so old fashioned it ruined my day as for putting my hat on she as good as said no bothered

Perfect cut

Very good back,neck and shoulder massage by Ally. I have problems and Ally always manages to find the areas that need attention. She is talented and knowledgeable at massage and I come away feeling relaxed with the knots and tension removed from my muscles.

I wanted Grâce originally, but I ended up with Shay and I was very impressed. My color and the haircut are like I wanted. I didn't feel rushed. Thanks a lot Shay you are a star!

As always, I am very pleased with my visit to Inkfish yesterday. All the staff are lovely. Jade did a great job on my hair and Ally on my eyebrows.
I only have one criticism. It was cold! I don't know if there was a problem with the heating but I couldn't totally relax and did rather spoil my visit.

I just wanted to say , when I phoned up your salon the young guy who answered was
So polite and when I explained to him that I was not from the area and that I was in a rush as I had a wedding to go to, he was very understanding and appreciated my needs. He said I could be seen straight away and he cut my hair and did an excellent job, he such a lovely guy and made me feel relaxed and nothing was to much trouble. Customer service seems to be diminishing in today’s society but not at this salon they were all nice people and very friendly . Whoever owns this salon they have some great staff , hope to be back one day . Thanks once again for saving my bacon, oh and I was recommended by a regular customer of yours thanks . X

I’ve been having my hair done at Inkfish Falmouth for a couple of years or so and I always get great service. I’ve had my hair cut and coloured by nearly all of the team and the girls are all great. The salon is clean, fresh and modern and the clients are always well looked after with tea and biscuits! I also had a massage upstairs once and it was fabulous. The Inkfish experience comes highly recommended.

The girls at inkfish are really nice and friendly, very efficient, and very thoughtful, they made extra effort to make sure I was comfy as I had a bad back, very much appreciated on the day!

The final product is definitely worth the price! Friendly staff and good, professional advice when it comes to styling and cutting. Definitely would recommend!

This is the most I have ever paid for a hair appointment, and the results did not justify the results. I received loads of negative comments from friends. The products used also left my hair very dry and lack lustre.

Ally did an amazing job...best manicure I’ve had. Professional and friendly...gave fab advice.
