Great cutter and colourists a rare find in Cornwall!

From the minute you go into Toni & Guy, you feel welcome and most of all - a valued customer. They take your coat to hang up then ask if you would like tea, coffee or a cold drink. I am treated so well when I go for a cut or colour. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Stacey and Chelsea are always smiling and chatty with you. They really understand how important it is to develop a return customer base. They work hard but more importantly, they are highly skilled. Chelsea’s specialty is colour and Stacey does a great cut. Darren is also brilliant. The girls that wash your hair are just lovely. My only (tiny) negative comment is that I wish they offered discounts for over 60’s. It can be expensive, but I continue to return because of exceptional service. I like the location, too - in the centre of Falmouth with huge windows, where you can watch the world go by.

From the moment i stepped into the Salon i was greeted by an exceptional customer service experience. Abbey did a haircut which i can only say was the best cut i have ever had. She listened,advised and communicated extremely professionally throughout my appointment. She spoke highly of Toni And Guy and informed me of exceptional products which they sold and what made them superior. I was given a loyalty card at point of payment and also a catalogue of products.
This Salon will definitely be my first choice and with the voucher I received both a friend and i could receive a 20% reduction on our next visit. What could be better.
So pleased to have found this little gem.

I have been having my hair cut at Toni and Guy in Falmouth for a year now. They are an incredibly friendly salon.
You are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They also have excellent knowledge when it comes to
your colour and cut.
They take care to listen to what you want done to your hair and make sure you are happy at the end. I would highly recommend this salon.
