Had a completely stress free experience today! Hair cut for 21 month old who wouldn’t sit still! Lauren had a lot of patience and kept talking to her throughout. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean environment and little girl happy with her hair cut :) Mummy too

I turned up with both of my boys, hoping they could fit them in, and they did. The lady that cut their hair (sorry didn't catch your name) was friendly, genuine and made the effort to talk to us all. I was also given a coffee, which tasted great! An all round positive visit.

Emily did my nails today with gel. I'm very pleased with the result, she also gave me a hand massage which was lovely. Emily was a very pleasant chatty young lady and I enjoyed my visit.

I have just had a brilliant cut and blow dry. My very thick strong-willed hair stayed looking fantastic for days. Now I have washed and dried it myself it still looks good. The test of a great cut. Thank you Sue.
