After having to wait so long for hair salons to reopen, I had my hair cut and highlighted by Kim.All I can say is a huge thank you for a fab hair do.

The hard work, effort and attention to detail post lockdown is apparent from the moment you step in the door, without any detraction from the same friendly atmosphere of level of customer service. A massive well done to Lisa and the team for putting in all the necessary precautions without making it feel clinical.

It was great to have my first hair appointment since lockdown. Kelly is my stylist! She is professional, honest about my hair and great to chat to. I had input from Emma and Lisa too, who are both also lovely. Just had my hair coloured and cut at the colour lounge Launceston and it was wonderful. Beautifully cared for and given all the appropriate Ppe and the cut has been much admired.

My first cut and colour since lockdown and I was a bit apprehensive before going in. However, I needn't have been. Lisa and the team have done a fab job of implementing new hygiene standards, and there was still a great buzz about the place. Kim did an excellent job on my hair which looks and feels amazing. Went to get my roots done today by Charlotte and I’m so happy with the results they look amazing especially taking into consideration how grown out my hair was!! The salon stuck to all the government guidelines in a very important and impressive way! I’m so happy with the service today!

Outstanding salon. Covid protection has been implemented brilliantly to the extent that it matches the salon decor. As usual all the staff were welcoming, pleasant and very good at their jobs.

So lovely to return to The Colour Lounge for a hair cut with Kelly. The precautionary measures for the virus feel well organised and looked aesthetically pleasing. I felt safer there than when I go to the supermarket for food shopping.

Kelly was excellent as usual and listened to my thoughts on my haircut. Even though I'm an older lady she treated me as a valued customer, which is more than some salons do!
I felt safe, and the salon had obviously gone to a huge amount of trouble to keep themselves and their customers safe.

The experience was excellent as I wasn’t sure what to expect very professional and hygiene was excellent and as expected Kim did a great job on my highlights and cut definitely recommend 5 star experience x

Today I had a full colour and cut by Lisa Whitehouse in The Colour Lounge and as usual she did an amazing job. Im thrilled. They were fully adhering to government guidelines and acted professionally and efficiently. They used high quality equipment, everything was sterilised, there was plenty of information to guide you so there was no confusion at all. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. It’s Saturday 4th July and the first day the salons are open. I want to say a big shout out to the staff at the wonderful Colour Lounge. Professional, attention to social distancing, safe environment, PPE and care of the customer. Well done ladies! I felt so safe in your hands and even took the plunge to have my hair cut shorter. The experience has lightened my mood after so many months trying to tame my locks. Huge kudos to Lisa Whitehouse and the gang and to my stylist Kimberley Arscott.

I had my hair cut coloured by Kelly and I am delighted with the outcome! The colour is beautiful and she was full of knowledge when I wasn’t sure what I definitely wanted! Friendly service too, wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

The salon is beautiful! I went for a consultation for the first time today and it is stunning. The young ladies on reception where very welcoming. I felt Kelly understood my needs very well. I avoid salons in fear of being judged but the lady’s at the colour lounge were very lovely and I look forward to returning

For someone who isn’t very good with hair was lovely to feel comfortable trusting Kim to do what she felt was needed, she really brought a bounce back in my step and will 100% come back.

I wanted my hair cut and coloured while in the area for Xmas and asked around my friends and relatives and they all recommended The Colour Lounge.
I travel a lot with my job and have had my hair done in salons which were cheap and cheerful and some that were horrendously expensive.
The colour was amazing and the salon is lovely with lots of fairy lights and tasteful Christmas decorations. The back washes are the most comfortable I have experienced as they enable you to put your legs up which takes the strain off you neck.
I came out feeling a million dollars and everyone remarked on the great colour.
Lisa really listens to what you, as a customer wants, unlike lots of stylists and I cannot recommend her enough.
I cant wait to come back when next in the area.
