John cut my hair. I had decided to go short and I was so happy with the results. He listened to what I wanted and the conversation was relaxed and pleasant. Price was excellent in fact I have no complaints the whole experience was a real treat as it should be! Thank you

Had my first visit to a hairdressers in a LONG time and the guys at Aruba were great. They made me feel really welcome and very comfortable with all the CV19 restrictions in place. They took care of everything and I’m really pleased with my hair too. Thanks to Tyde for looking after me.

Despite restrictions caused by Covid-19 measures, appointment went well. This was my first time at Aruba Liskeard & John coloured & cut my hair. I was very pleased with the result but more importantly I felt that John really listened & understood what I was asking for. He took his time to ensure that I was happy with his proposals. He was friendly & polite - as were the other staff present, & thank God, didn't ask me anything about going on holiday! I'm looking forward to the idea of having found a salon I can settle with.

very nice. the lady was nice and kind she answered my questions in very good detail and recommended what hair products to use.

We recently took our 18 month old son here for his first ever haircut with Emma. She was fantastic, very patient with him and constantly giving him things to play with to keep him amused.
Fantastic service all round from Aruba, we will definitely be returning when he next needs a cut.

I recently went in after lockdown. The measures that have been taken made me feel very much at ease. The staff are very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them.

I had a big change in hairstyle, not sure if anyone could help me with this, but I phoned them up to see if they would help me with this, and yes they shed that they could , and yes I book it ,and yes straight away from the start they did a first class job of my hair, and yes not easy with bad hair to work with, but yes she cut it just as I won't ed it brilliant , its so cool love it. It was so good I am getting my hair cut and dyed with them all the time now so so good Thanks superb job , from jess

So I just moved here and I have moved a lot in life and the hardest thing for me is to find a hair dresser. I walked in on a whim and was put with John in the liskeard location ... OMG I’m in love with the cut, the convos had and overall abeyance the salon gave me ! John was great ! I’ve already started planning my next style to have my hair done in and can’t wait to go back ??‍♀️?

Abi who did my nails was lovely and was constantly filling me in on what she was doing. I absolutely love my nails and the colours. The atmosphere was really nice and we had a good chat.

Having hacked at my hair in lockdown I gave them quite a challenge!! I had one of the finest wet cuts in classy surroundings.

I was very weary about going to a new salon as I have had my hair coloured by the same person for the last 4 years. My hair hadn’t been done for over a year so I was worried what they could do with it. My hairdresser Emma was lovely. Listened to exactly what I wanted and spent ages making sure the colour and toner was applied perfectly (I have long hair so it took a while but she didn’t mind). She gave me advice on products to use, due to my excema, with no pressure to buy at all. Lovely atmosphere and felt very welcome despite PPE and Covid-19. Would 100% recommend x

First time to the salon and it’s always a bit nerve racking going somewhere new, but I needn’t have worried! Emma was very friendly and knowledgeable and I’m am very pleased with my new ‘do’. Had a colour and foils and then a cut and blow dry. Have booked my next visit!

Having always had my hair done by a mobile hairdresser since I was 17, to enter a salon was a new and terrifying experience. But I was made to feel at ease from the moment I stepped in the door. My new hair style is amazing. Thank you Emma. I love it and I enjoyed the experience so much so I have booked my next appointment.

Excellent haircut as always by the inestimable Abbey. Full COVID mitigation in place and extremely tasteful decor. My hair is looking wonderful again and I feel like a new man! Good toilet facilities.

My hairdresser, Amy, is so lovely. She really makes me feel good about myself. She's a real confidence booster. Also she puts so much effort into listening to me, and preparing my colour to get it exactly right. I'm 87 and I have never had a hairdresser so conscientious as Amy.

45 mins after my appt time I stopped waiting and left. Another client had arrived and was told her appt was delayed by 30 mins.

Emma is very good at understanding how you want your hair and very friendly. A pleasure to go there.

I’ve always found going to the hairdressers an uncomfortable experience until I made an appointment with Aruba. The staff welcome you with a friendly smile & never make you feel like you’ve interrupted them. They do a great job with my hair considering it is very fine & flat, I always leave feeling great & with a smile on my face. Just started having my eyebrows dyed by Abbey who is brilliant & gives great advice. Chelsea works magic with my hair & makes it look thicker than it actually is. The new salon is light, and in such a great location,. Would highly recommend.

I went into Aruba for a short hair cut with a trainee and the service was very professional and I'm sooo pleased with my hair! Did a fantastic job and was so relaxing too. Will definitely be back to keep my hair short!

Aruba is a very friendly salon that gives great advice to create the look you want. I always feel great when I have my hair done by them.

Great service, friendly and Iv been places before and they messed my hair cut up, Abby who cuts my hair gets it spot on every time and she is realy good wit my 4 year old daughter.

Our 4 year old daughter loves coming to the salon to get her hair cut, not just for their delicious lollies (in her words). Abby is great with my daughter and cares about her hair just as much as she would mine. A very thorough hair cut with great customer service. My daughter left feeling like a princess.

My stylist Chelsea, highlighted my hair perfectly. I have been to many salons in the past . I found this one to give the best result. Chelsea was very professional and recommended what colour would suit my hair , she was right .

Had my hair coloured today, was so delighted with the profesionilism of all the staff. Also felt that I was "really" listened too which is such a wonderful quality in hairdressing. Highly recomend Aruba, you will not be disapointed with their first class treatement of clients.

First time in this salon and Abby my stylist was lovely. She made sure to explain every step of the way what she was doing to correct my colour. Salon had a lovely atmosphere and stylishly decorated. Would definitely recommend :)

My boys are so fussy with there hair, (teenagers). We had to find a new hair dresser.

Well this is my second review as i didnt word the other one quite right .this being my 1st visit to aruba i was very very nervous .i have scalp issues and im so embarrassed about it.after telling abby about it she was so so understanding she a really lovley girl .so thanku my lovley for doing a fantastic job on my hair i felt amazing .see you soon thanku so much ❤❤❤

Charged £27 for a dry cut that wasn't what I asked for and took 10 mins
