I arrived late due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff made it possible for my appointment to still go ahead. All the staff were accommodating and friendly, especially Danny, who kindly made me coffee as I had been rushing and was flustered. Although she was pushed for time because of my late arrival, Laura still took the utmost care of my hair and was extremely professional.

Another lovely easy to manage, cut by Laura who managed not to look horror struck when I walked in - I'd had to miss my last appointment and I resembled a Portobello mushroom again!

I had an appointment with Emma today. I hadn't been for a while so we'll overdue a hair cut. First time with Emma and I wasn't disappointed. Not had my hair cut this short before but she reassured me throughout what she was doing and did exactly what my hair needed. A good trim. We found curls that I never knew I had and explained to me thoroughly how to style my hair and how to keep it alot healthier than it was. Looking forward to seeing her again. Very friendly and very helpful. Well done.😊

Emma (she doesn't seem to be on your drop down menu list of staff??) is absolutely perfect. She is very patient, kind and makes me laugh - this is the first salon in which I have ever enjoyed having my hair cut in many, many years. I completely trust Emma and she comes up with great ideas that are always achievable. If you hate going to the hairdresser then book in with Emma. She can put all that right.

Having been coming to you for over 4.5 years my hair wash today was not good at all.

My previous times have been excellent.

Today was rushed. Hardly any time spent washing hair, conditioning or massage.
Really disappointing.
Never had it done so quickly. I was really surprised at the lack of time spent and this is always my favourite bit of my visit.

There were two young girls on today.
Millie was great and very friendly, but she did not wash my hair.

Prompt efficient service and very pleasant staff. Jade did an excellent cut for me today.

Brilliant attention to detail from Emma, who does a great gents cut and is always a pleasure to chat to. Eunice, the manageress, provides a warm friendly greeting and there’s always a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere in the salon achieved by a really lovely team of hardworking, professional staff. Excellent facilities and all well maintained. Great value for quality service. Convenient location for car parking. Top marks all round. Cannot recommend more highly.

Having long hair it can sometimes be a challenge to decide on style change. Laura helped advise and gave a sleek bob cut which I loved. The salon, the receptionist and the girls who did the shampoos were all lovely. These are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you to all.

Worst cut I've ever had, I only noticed after the weekend that my cut was completely uneven all round, the left side of my hair was almost 2cm shorter than the right, totally uneven round the back. I only wanted an inch cut off not 2 plus the style was a very old fashioned bob. Literally cried after seeing it. Very over priced for what I asked for
