Today felt like coming into a spa. My personal life has been & remains stressful at the moment.
Every person was friendly, attentive & tailored the whole experience to my needs. I felt like I had a 2 hour appointment!

Took my daughter to H&W to see Brydie for the first time for a cut and finish. She was over the moon with her straightened hair and trim. I quote ‘The best hairdresser!’ Very happy mum and daughter. Very good advice regarding products and home styling. Thank you.

WOW!! Brydie transformed my long straw like hair into a lovely shoulder length manageable hair do! I absolutely love my hair thank you so much. Brydie is super personable and listens to what you want. It was lovely and warm in the salon. The back massage whilst you I’ve your hair wash was just the perfect touch.

Brydie was fantastic! I almost backed out of braving getting 10inchs chopped off, and haven’t had a haircut in over a year! But Brydie M put me at ease straight away! She was reassuring & really made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I love my new soo.

I was disappointed with the Receptionist as a first visit to the salon I did feel unwelcome. We were told to move with our sleeping nearly 2 year old to the other end of the salon. Receptionist was rather curt & I was seriously having doubts about whether I wanted to be a new client of the salon. The receptionist obviously recognised she had not been very polite & apologised to my daughter for her manner.
I hope we don’t have a repeat as a receptionist is the face of any company, the very first person you usually come into contact with.

I certainly didn’t feel welcome until Brydie appeared.
