Excellent cut.

As is always the case. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the salon. Nadine is an amazing hairdresser and always cuts my hair beautifully.

Lovely to be back at the salon and great cut and chat as always.

Mel was waiting for me. I was greeted with a smile. She handed me a mask and we went up to the salon. She explained which colour would look the best. I am deaf so she changed her mask for a vizor so I could lip read her which made it so much easier to communicate. Very relaxing having my hair done by Mel.

Freya is amazing. She has transformed my hair, undoing some shocking lockdown home cuts and colour. Thank goodness for her - forgot my hair could look this good.

Visited today for my first post covid cut - 15 months since the last one and Nadine brought me back to life! As usual, the salon is busy, happy and efficient and has kept its welcoming atmosphere, despite all the covid precautions. Thanks for a really beautiful cut Nadine - lovely to be back in the world!

I came in with covid hair, you know, uncut the last year or so. It looked like hell. I was bored and indecisive with it. Called in a panic wanting apt with the lovely Eloise who has done my hair for two years. But as she want available and Laura had had a cancellation, I jumped at the chance. Was delighted with the result and the process. Laura kindly considered my hair, stricture & density - and my concerns. I showed her phots of me/my hair then and now, and some aspirational possible cuts. She said what would work and we agreed a plan. A lovely head massage while being shampooed relaxed me right away. The resulting cut was super. I feel like a new person. Thankyou. Another super cut from another talented member of the team at Hunter Walsh.

For me, it’s always the cut that I go for , and today did not disappoint! Freya always gives my short very straight hair a lovely shape , and I left looking and feeling younger !

Really enjoyed my appointment with Melody. It was nice to have a cut done by someone who understands and knows curly and wavy hair. Will definitely be seeing her often.

I have short hair which I like cut with precision. Jade always delivers. She is so careful and patient and her technique is faultless. Wonderful head massage and fabulous blow dry, time after time.

This was the first haircut since lockdown began so over a years worth of growth.... my hair was a bit wild and far too long.
Brydie was fabulous I cannot recommend her enough, I absolutely love my new cut, my hair feels lighter healthier and far far more manageable. The salons covid protocols are great, made me feel safe and secure
I will absolutely be going back to see her for my next cut but definitely won't be 15 months this time.

A long overdue well needed haircut. Massive chop of my lockdown locks a total restyle and much needed confidence boost. Freya knew exactly what I wanted and my hair looks and feels incredible. I am massively happy. So glad you are back.

Like most of us, I haven’t paid enough attention to my mane through all the stress of lockdown. Freya was beyond amazing! She listened to me, took one look at my hair and knew exactly what to do to make me feel like a QUEEN! I left feeling amazing! My hair is so shiny, soft and beautiful! Booked at short notice whilst on holiday. Delighted to be able to get an appointment. Excellent haircut and styling from Rosabel who was so understanding. Wonderful view and the price was extremely good. I do visit Cornwall a lot to see family and I very much hope to return to Hunter and Walsh. Wow! I cannot say how happy I am with my cut. First time with you after a recommendation and Mel did a great job. Lovely girl who knows what she is doing when it comes to curls. Lots of beautiful product too. My hair was left a bit wet but has dried nicely and I can’t be happier. Very safe salon too. Thanks guys - will be back x

Nadine knows my hair and she's cut it for years, and always does a good job. She's always friendly and we enjoy good chats about our families etc. The salon is in a beautiful position with views over the harbour from the first floor and is tastefully decorated, so a visit to the hairdresser is a pleasant experience.
