Lovely to be back with jade cutting my hair, amazing cut as always and the felt very safe in her hands, they followed all guidelines set out by the government, well done everyone working there your doing a great job ? kath stevens

For me it’s all about the cut !
Freya cuts my hair really well ( I love it short ) , and on this occasion I appreciated how much attention was given to distancing and hand washing etc.
Left extremely pleased - sadly , now all closed -for the moment ...

Despite the chaos and fear our country is facing today it was such a relief to come and have my hair done in a relaxed happy atmosphere. Thank you for maintaining “normality”, it was wonderful.

I have just relocated to Cornwall from Surrey and was dreading having to change my hairdresser. I have now been to Jade three times and I think that she and the whole H&W team are fabulous. I am looked after in every way and Jade is a very talented lady. She cuts/colours/highlights my hair perfectly and had a lovely personality to go with it. My visits have been so pleasurable and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you Jade!

This was the first time I tried the new Kevin Murphy colour range and am delighted with the results. Freya is an excellent colourist and stylist as usual!

I've been going to Hunter Walsh for many years and Nadine has been my stylist. She cuts my hair beautifully, although I had Eloise recently and she did a good job too. The staff are always friendly, the salon is in a superb position overlooking the harbour and the decor is quiet and stylish. It's always clean and light and airy. I would recommend it to anyone.

I went to Hunter Walsh on a freezing cold and rainy day for a very badly needed re-style and highlights. I looked like I had a mushroom on my head! Now, after a few hours of lovely pampering, and thanks to the exceptionally talented Vivienne, I hVe the perfect style. I no longer resemble a fungi but. I like to think, I'm a vibrant blonde fungirl!

Had a fantastic cut by Brydie, as I am now embracing my grey after many years of colouring, she has finished it off with a glossing toner, and, that together with some Kevin Murphy products my hair is now in brilliant shiny condition. If you don’t live locally like me, it’s only a very short walk to the bus and train station, and the sea view is lovely while you’re having your hair done.

I love my visits to Hunter & Walsh, the staff always deliver considerate and knowledgeable consultations. I always come away feeling great about my hair!

Had the lovely Freya cut & colour my hair for the first time. Freya gave great advice and skilfully blended new colours- it looked fab! Great cut too- just wash it and it sits perfectly. Freya made me feel welcome- lovely bubbly personality. Amazing salon too it looked lush! Have booked again!

It was a real treat to have my hair done today. The massage chair whilst having my hair washed was very relaxing. Jade was lovely (my first haircut done by her) and very good company. To top it all I love my hair cut.

Fantastic colour , the new colours are so gentle and my hair is so soft after washing , and no scrubbing of my hairline needed to remove that stubborn hair dye . The colour is lovely and is very natural , it does take a lot longer to wash out at the sink as has more oils , but small price to pay as feels great.
Freya is so so knowledgable and takes time to listen to what you want to achieve giving great advice , Freya knows her stuff and is very focused and professional.
The service at Hunter&Walsh is second to none and it is always a relaxing experience when visiting .

Amazing stylist Rosabel! Totally transformed my tired scruffy hair into a sleek style which has really boosted my confidence! Definitely the best cut I've had in a long time, and I'm now switching to H&W as my regular salon.
