Viv, joint salon owner, greeted me by name on arrival. After neck surgery several months ago we decided to try the backwash. The assistant was sensitive to my condition and result, one clean head of hair.
Eloise did a great restyle for the summer weather.

A great hair cut and a lovely experience all round in a really friendly and extremely modern salon. Vivienne is a fantastic stylist and knows just what will suit me and my very difficult hair.

Fantastic as ever

I really enjoy my visits to the salon. From being greeted by the cheerful receptionist to having my hair washed in the massage chair and having my head massaged whilst it’s being conditioned. Freya my stylist is very professional. She always looks gorgeous. I always bring a picture of what I want and Freya has a brilliant talent to replicate it. She explains what she’s going to do each visit. I am deaf and wear hearing aids. She is very deaf aware and looks at me when she speaks to so we can have a normal conversation. I had my hair coloured and then cut. The shade is just perfect as is the cut. I really love it. I felt like a million dollars when I came out of the salon this morning. I saw a friend and she said my hair looks fabulous! I had it done for my upcoming holiday. All the staff are very polite and efficient. They all look so well turned out. The decor is stylish too. I recommend all my friends to Hunter and Walsh. Looking forward to my next visit in 6 weeks time.

This was my first visit and I chose the stylist Freya after reading the H&W website as we seemed the best fit. Freya was very friendly, took on board what I said I wanted and lo! 45 minutes later, had given me an excellent haircut. I will be back - I've booked my next appointment.

Today is exactly what I needed after having a baby 6 months ago...

I’m one of those annoying people who goes to the salon a couple of times a year and never knows what they want, even the lingo is like a foreign language to me!
But Louise really is wonderful and phoned me this morning to talk through what my visit this afternoon would entail - understanding that my time might be limited etc
My long hair has been neglected for the last 6 months, and had been feeling dry and pretty lifeless , but the treatment I’ve had today has left it feeling silky smooth, and the cut is just perfect - as always.

The Salon is beautifully presented, and totally Instagram’able! And the massage reclining chairs at the basins are such a treat.

The whole team are friendly and professional, there’s always a warm welcome and the App is brilliant.

Freya always does my hair with maximum care and attention. Very good colours and excellent cut. Great customer service. All the stylists are very friendly and it’s just a great hair salon!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today., right from the pampering hair wash with head massage, whilst lying back in the massage chair to the very professional hair cut. Freya is always very careful to check out what I want, asks me throughout the cut about particular details and products I like and produces a beautiful result. She is friendly, charming and helpful, as are all the staff I have encountered at H&W

Excellent first ever experience. Warm and very welcoming from the first time I stepped through the door, met Gayle and had a consultation with Rosabel that led to my appointment and hairdo today.
