Spent £217 on hair colour. Result nothing as I requested. Hair went orange. Went back to review, promised correction, new colour applied by a trainee was darker than I started! Challenged, told 'just put on what Kelly told me to' overcharged by trainee. Emailed concerns, requesting correction or partial refund, no reply, no acknowledgement. Will never use this salon again or recommend their services ?♀️ disappointed is an understatement

Well, tbh, though I loved my stylist, really kind and approachable made me feel very comfortable.. the colour wasn’t at all what I wanted. She v kindly said if not right to go back.. I did.. and I’m sitting say it’s darker than ever, I asked for white/grey/silver and I’ve got ash??!! Think my hair doesn’t always take?? And if I’m brutally honest I didn’t think I’d have to pay another £30 onto of the £92 I paid before Christmas?? Would like to wish her the very best in her new job and going forward to you as well in whatever you’re doing next.

Brilliant gents cut and attention to detail from Emma who is always a pleasure to chat to. Always a warm friendly greeting and relaxed atmosphere in the salon from a really nice team of staff. Excellent facilities and all well maintained. Great value wet cut. Top marks all round. Cannot recommend more highly.
Haven't had my haircut for such a long time and I love the new style by Lisa. Although it seemed a little pricey I would say it's probably worth it even for the head massage! I could have slept. Lovely and relaxing, a really lovely team and great service. Thank you

I’m a fussy soul who frets about going to the hairdressers like some might going to the dentist! But all the staff are lovely and welcoming and take the time to discuss what you want. Lisa who did my hair today was lovely and did a brilliant job, I’d like to thank her for her professionalism and obvious natural flair for connecting with her client

I have always hated going to the hairdresser but I met Emma over a year ago and she has been cutting my hair ever since. She is a great stylist. She uncovers what style you want by asking questions and helps fill in the gaps in my answers. She's also a very caring person and so easy to talk with. I completely trust her to always send me out the door feeling much better than when I came in.
The salon staff are all really friendly and the salon is super clean. The products are lovely too.
