I always go in and I'm never quite sure what to do colour wise, luckily Mandy knows me well enough to smile and laugh at my suggestion of, 'I'll leave it down to you' and then we talk it through..... Always welcomed with a smile from everyone, (even the other happy clientele), a hot or cold drink and a freshly made patisserie to compliment the atmosphere. Relaxing tunes, pampered hair shampoo, with options of head, back, hand and arm massage or all 4!! Leave happier each time, and booked in for the next experience. Thank you, lovely people :-)

As usual a fantastic serice and my hair colour is stunning. Jaz did great job of thinning my extremely thick hair. Im absolutely delighted.
