booked in for a haircut for my 6 year old son and i. my son got the trainee and i got the manager. i was shocked when she got me in the chair and then said " what do you want me to do"? in an agressive manner. i didnt respond at first due to the shock so she asked me again the same thing and tone. i then turned the question round and said " what would you suggest"? but all she said was " i would take off about 2 inches from the bottom". i wish i had the trainee. she did a better job with my sons hair. i will never go there again after going there for the past 4 years. i didnt expect this treatment from the manager of all people. i have told all my friends at work and they are all shocked at my experience. Never again.

My first visit to Inkfish today where I had my hair coloured and styled by Kathryn. I was really impressed by the time taken to discuss my colour and results wanted. Kathryn is very professional friendly and helpful and I have already rebooked to return next month. Excellent experience!
I went to inkfish 1 but it was full so I got sent to the original salon down the ally way. I used the same hair dressers for years but I was down this way I fort I'd give it ago, not expecting much. but I was wrong! What you get is a FIRST CLASS cut and experience all the staff know what they talk about and are fast in working with you. You don't fell like you are rushed to go because of there busy day of customers. If only I was local I whould have my new hairdresser!
I have been coming to the salon for many years now and always receive the best experience. Lana is first class. On the odd occasion that I have left it too late to book an appointment on time and Jenna has styled my hair I have also been extremely happy with it. Highly recommended!!

Having lost my confidence with hair salons after sub standard cuts elsewhere I was directed to Inkfish. Quite simply the best cut I have had in years with care,attention to detail and totally Un rushed.
I will not go anywhere BUT Inkfish now knowing I will get a hair and colour without feeling sick at the thought of having my hair done.

Nice salon, no refreshment offered which was a shame and non offered to my children but another child - that was not well received from my toddler! Stylist was very nice & professional I love the way he handled my hair, the girl who cut my toddlers hair was nice enough but by no means blew me away.
Kathryn at Inkfish2 understands short hair. She is an intuitive hair cutter - she obviously enjoys her work and is excellent at her job.

I came in to inkfish 2 on Saturday 21june hoping they could fit me in without an appointment for a wet cut. Thankfully they did. I was offered a drink, not just tea or coffee but wine or beer if I wanted. Kathryn sat me down and after the usual discussion of how I wanted it she proceeded to give me a lovely cut, beautifully shaped, the best haircut I've had in ages. Thanks Kathryn.
