Love this place ! Amazing kind caring staff nothing is too much for them they go above and beyond to make your salon experience exactly as you want it ! My hair feels amazing and looks fab too ! And also done my girls on same day and they finished before me so the staff entertained my girls so I could carry on relaxing my girls aged 5 and 7 also asked if they could go back and for my girl with high anxiety spd and mild autism this is a big relief for me to know she’s happy and comfortable somewhere !!

Everyone is charming, I am always treated exceptionally well (and always get a cup of tea!). My haircut always looks great ;this down to Catherine who is a highly competent, skilled hairdresser.
I’ve been going to Inkfish for maybe 3 years now, and have never been disappointed with a cut. My hairdresser is Jade, she’s always fantastic and gives my hair extra time because it’s so thick and messy. I’ve never gone to any one hairdresser for so long, that in itself speaks volumes.

I had my hair coloured and styled in September, it was horrendous. I went back a couple of days later expressing my upset, another one of inkfish’s stylist tried to put right what was done wrong but there wasn’t much anyone could do, he called it a ‘**** sandwich’ in other words a hair disaster. 8 weeks later I’m still gutted every-time I look in the mirror.
I paid £98 for a colour and style that looks nothing like the picture or the description I gave to the stylist. There is little I can do to remedy the cut - I just have to wait for the stump of a fringe (that I didn’t ask for!) to grow back. The colour I tried covering with a £6 box dye, it’s isn’t great but it’s a dam sight better than the lash up I paid £98 for.
I would never recommend Inkfish to anyone. Over rated and over priced.

As always Kathryn has made the experience of going to the hair salon wonderful.
It was nice of the hairdressers to fit my daughter in too and the young hairdresser cut Graces hair beautifully.
However I wasn’t aware of the cost of Graces hair cut until it came to pay, though it wouldn’t have made a lot of difference if it had been more than what I usually pay as you definitely get value for money here and I always leave happy with my hair ????

I usually go to the other salon. This is a attractive & busy place. Ii was welcomed & looked after very well. Jade did my hair, she is lovely. I’m currently growing my hair & I feel it lacks style and my husband didn’t notice I had had it cut which is the only reason for the lower scores, I was finished in half an hour. Very prompt.

I have been going to Inkfish for years. Of all the salons I have been to in my life I honestly can’t fault them. Jade D is excellent- she always listens and is very talented in what she does. I get so many compliments on my blonde locks thanks to her. All the girls are lovely and chatty, never ‘cliquey’ and the salon has a great atmosphere. Good prices too and never-ending offers on Tigi hair products!
