I am not a regular salon user and my last experience at another salon was not very good, so I was slightly nervous before my appointment at Inkfish 2. I had no need to be nervous the staff were all really friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and lovely. My stylist was great, we chatted about what I wanted and she told me what she could do and off we went. She chatted me through as she cut and restyled my hair. I felt totally at ease and enjoyed the experience and most importantly I love my hair, it is a fantastic cut. I will definately will be going back and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you girls!

All staff were really friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the salon. We talked about what I wanted and Lana did an amazing job, talking me through what she was doing. I really love my new hair and am really with my experience and will be going back, thank you girls!

Wonderful experience as soon as you walk through the door...the staff are lovely extremely competent but enjoy their jobs and that is reflected in the care they take with clients. It is a very happy welcoming team in both salons and many have become good friends over the last 4 yrs....for customer satisfaction..they cant be beaten...and a big thank you to all of you ?

After deciding that I'm in dire need of a makeover, I'm taking the plunge and changing my hair colour from the darkest brown to platinum blonde.
Having such dyed dark hair, it's going to be a process.

Had a re style done at Inkfish in quay mews. Great service. But reason for poor scores is because my Daughter had cut and blow dry in other Inkfish in truro on same day as me. Unfortunately it was cut shorter than she wanted and was to shy to say anything. Until we got outside, when she burst into tears! Also was charge £37 for a children's under 15 cut and blow dry. I did have a £20 voucher but reckon I still was over charged as she is under 15.
Why would I go anywhere else?
Always a brilliant cut in comfortable surroundings, always delighted when I have hi-lights, best coffee in town -what more do I need?
Jade is extremely friendly and puts so much attention to detail and is an absolute perfectionist , my hair colour is perfect ! Thank you very much

I booked online the night before (as I almost always do) and got a Saturday afternoon appointment. Had a 30 minute treatment which left my hair feeling so soft and then a really good cut and blow dry from Jade. I love that this place doesn't charge extra or moan about not blow drying my hair straight as I like a bit of a wave. Lovely staff and nice salon! Online booking is so handy as well.

I booked my mother in to see my hairdresser Jade for a restyle. I wasn't disappointed! Jade completely understood what was needed and gave my mum a fabulous new short hair cut. She was kind, friendly and took great care and attention.

I have been going to Inkfish for about 3 years and always leave my hair til' it is disgusting before I make an appointment and normally I am not fussy who does my hair but the past two hair cuts I have had Lisa and she is blooming amazing. She knows what style suits the shape of my face and is a meticulous in her snipping of my wonky fridge which I normally cut myself. I am loving my new bob. Thanks.
Going to the hairdresser, for me, is a bit like going to the dentist but I was totally put at ease. All the staff are lovely and Jade did a brilliant job on my wayward mop. Highly recommended!
Jade sorted my hair out after making the cardinal mistake of going elsewhere and having someone else butcher my hair!!

Today I had my hair restyled to a fringe and Lisa did the most amazing job . Lovely little shop and I love my new hairstyle so much !
I felt very well cared for, my stylist really cared about what I wanted and I could tell she liked and was great at her job I felt confident from the beginning that I'd like my end result and I wasn't disappointed.

I didn't catch the young lady's name who provided the head massage, but I can recommend the head massage to anyone feeling a little stressed out.
