The cut was terrible, its like looking at a pair of curtains one length no shape. I’ll have to go to my barbers in London to sought it, again. Why it’s impossible to get a men’s haircut I don’t know, it seems the beauty side has taken over technique and the fundamentals, how to cut hair, please learn the prices don’t justify the outcomes.

I had someone cut my hair the first time was ok the second time my hair at the back is about 2 inches longer on one side. She was chatting around the salon to people it was quite uncomfortable and didn’t pay attention to what she was doing. Won’t be going again

I had read the salon website and had expectations of a good experience and haircut.
Unfortunately the salon did not live up to its website. Despite my hair not being cut for almost a year the minimal amount of hair was cut, lots of little bits of ‘snipping’ over a prolonged period but no apparent coherent ‘style’. I had offered the stylist the opportunity to cut a style that she deemed to be best for my curly/fine hair. I was open to advice and suggestions. She seemed very unsure of what she was doing.
‘I’ll see what happens when I dry it’
I was told. A hairdryer with a diffuser nozzle was placed ‘head down’ on to the salon floor. The diffuser that been in contact with the salon floor was then used to dry my hair. I asked the stylist to stop and commented that she was using a diffuser that had been on the floor and the hygiene of this. By this time I was very anxious about the state of my hair and concerned about the hygiene of using a dryer that had been sat on the floor.
Another stylist appeared and showed me pictures of an inverted bob style (which I had suggested and had for many years) on an iPad. All of which were on straight hair, not relevant to me. She finished cutting and drying my hair. No apology from original stylist or explanation, who I didn’t see again.
All very haphazard and did not instil confidence. I have had much better haircuts and experiences in other salons. A real shame as the salon promised so much on their website. I had wanted a good haircut after being unwell and going away on holiday this weekend.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience such a lovely time such a lovely stylist and absolutely in love with my hair. I haven’t been to salon in a very long time and it was a great experience for me relaxed calming and treated. You wanna be treated when you go into a salon and I’m going back.

Talia knew exactly what I wanted and she went above and beyond, she’s extremely skilled with doing layered hair cuts and it really shows which I’m really grateful for since it’s difficult to find hair dressers who do what I wanted and I’m thankful to her, especially for taking the time to make it look good. Extremely helpful with tips of how to style my hair after and products to use too, overall very kind and attentive I really appreciate it a lot!

Came in for a wash, cut(re-style) and blow dry with Flic and couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. I was given loads of advice on how to have my hair to make my life 10x easier with a new born baby and also made to feel really relaxed during the process. Will definitely book again!
