This was my first visit and it was great! The staff were really friendly. Poppy made sure she understood what I wanted before cutting and diffusing my hair. I had my eyebrows threaded and the beautician also checked regularly that I was happy with what she did.

Husband arranged a surprise trip to Venice this week so of course, I needed to get my hair sorted! Beth very kindly found a space for me at short notice. Brilliant results as always! Everyone is so happy, pleasant and courteous! It’s always a great experience! ❤️

Everything was brilliant! I had been fitted in at short notice thanks to a cancellation. Jade couldn’t have been nicer. She went out of her way to make sure I got sorted in double quick time, as I had another commitment I needed to attend that day, by enlisting some help and I had two people drying my hair simultaneously. Fab! I would highly recommend this salon. Great service

I had a very friendly jung hairdresser and she did everything like I wanted it to be.

I'm new to the area and just on the off chance I thought I would pop in and ask if there was any availability for the nxt few days... I was greeted by a very friendly lady at the desk who then passed me over to Morgan for a consultation. She was very professional and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable. She literally gave my hair the make over it desperately needed . Will highly recommend . Love my hair. Thank you Morgan x

I’ve had my hair done twice now with Beth and she is such an incredible hairdresser but also so lovely to chat to! I’ve had my hair bleached all my life really but Beth is by far the best. It looks natural yet there’s lots of blonde in there and the root smudge means it will grow out nicely

i left the salon after almost 3 hours of being there just to be left very disappointed with the results. i got a full head which was very patchey and am overall unhappy with the hair.

Brilliant experience. Friendly and did a great job

Massage was good. As a 71yr old the stairs were challenging as there was no lift to 2nd floor and on leaving I was left go down them on my own. Then I was asked to contribute a further £5 to the gift card as this was the price, yet the website was showing the price as £33. This kind of defeated the idea as it was a gift from my wife. After my wife pointed the discrepancy to the manager, the £5 was refunded.
