I was very disappointed with my salon experience even though my hairdresser Alice was nice and she had done a good haircut. However I found the rest of the team very cold no smiles / greetings and you could cut the atmosphere with a knife everyone looked miserable with limited staff to staff as well as staff and customer interaction. My drink was luke warm and there was snack containers / left over with spoons on the reception desk which made the counter look untidy.

Max did a great job today. The cut and colour were exactly what I asked for.

Really pleased with my cut & colour. When you have short hair , it can be hard to get someone to get the shape back when it’s grown out. Luke did a great job and really listened to what I wanted. He gave advice about how to make the colour last - I’ve booked for my next appt already !

Tammy is the ultimate professional - her artistry is fantastic as well as consulting on colour to come up with an exemplar process and advice. The most confident I’ve felt with my hair in someone else’s hands fir a very long time!

Professional and friendly salon. I’m not the biggest fan of having a hairdo, but always have a pleasant and relaxing time at inkfish. Jade is great, really pleasant to chat to, and a top stylist.

Sophie is super talented and I had a balayage and cut and finish. This girl knows her stuff!!! my haircut is perfect, Sophie is so professional and really listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I wanted. I’m so pleased. She is a credit to the hair industry and Inkfish. My colour is beautiful and had so many comments already. I’m am sooo fussy aswell. I’m so happy with my hair.

Luke is amazing. I will never go to anyone else. The salon has a buzz and Luke knows exactly what to do with my extremely thick hair. Gorgeous every time

Both salons are equally friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. If you're looking for a new hairdresser, have a consultation.....you won't be disappointed

Sophie did my hair yesterday- restyle and colour and wow! The feeling of walking out of a salon and saying how happy you are with your hair and that it’s exactly what you asked for is the best! I struggled to explain what I wanted in my head even showing pictures I was still unsure but Sophie listened and delivered! I’m so happy. Thankyou Sophie.

The small team in the salon today were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was really lovely and made a great cup of tea and Max was lovely with my son who was having his haircut. Well done and Merry Xmas ?!!
