Just moved to Ballymena and saw The Sitting Room in the Ulster Taylor so I thought I’d give it a try. Really pleased with the result I feel a million dollars!

I am so pleased with the results of my bridal trial. Lyndsay took a lot of time to chat with me and really understand what I was trying to achieve with my colour, she was so thorough and honestly transformed my damaged hair in one sitting. The bridal half up style was done to perfection, she is so talented. I am so happy she will be with me on my wedding day. Can't praise the staff enough, I have never visited the salon before and everyone was so welcoming. Gillian was so attentive and provided great advice about my colour and up style. Everything about my experience was top notch. The staff could not be more friendly or more helpful. Julian is a miracle worker with hair! I know I am incredibly fussy about my hair and in all the times I have had my hair cut, coloured and styled I have left the salon a very happy customer!

Julian and her staff have created a very welcoming atmosphere in this very efficient and forward looking salon. I am always delighted with the colour and cut I receive. Julian and Fiona are so experienced and willing to listen to all suggestions and then guide appropriately as to what suits best. I travel 60 miles every month to attend The Sitting Room and always look forward to the experience. Excellent staff and customer service.

I'd been asking my hairdresser the last few times for an all over grey but she kept telling me "mmmm....I think you're just best as a blonde" and then gave me tiny little blonde highlights that certainly weren't what I'd asked for.
Fiona in the Sitting Room gave me the colour I was looking for and Lyndsey complimented it with an amazing cut. I am so delighted with my new style and have had nothing but lovely comments from people about it.
I definitely recommend the Sitting Room.

Very expensive for a tidy up, stylist did not seem to carry out what she suggested so the next day my hair didn't even look like it had been cut unfortunately.
