Had to go get my hair corrected at a different salon, at the back of my hair the left side was shorter than the right side and the sides were shorter than the back altogether, all long strands of hair were also left at the back, also asked the girl to curl my hair, she said it was too straight to do that so she just did a stupid flick at the ends, wasn't happy or pleased at all !!

So disappointed that you seem to be no longer offering dry trim. I have had my hair trimmed with Rebecca probably 7 times each year for 9 years. Perhaps you will reconsider am sure I am not the only one to feel the same.

Pleasant therapist, understanding and fast. Extremely pleased with the result and a lot less painful than usual!

I wouldn't go anywhere else, always leave happy with my hair style and great value, atmosphere always lovely and they always try and suit a time for me ps loving the new shop style with beauty in the next room 5* all round ??

Love it!!! Debbie asked me what I was looking for and I didn't have a clue other than to embrace my grey. Short time later and my hair was a colour that I've ever only had the guts to talk about in the past. Debbie was really helpful and informative. Can't thank you enough. Was let down by someone else and Metro accommodated the 5 of us last Thursday for a file and polish. Our nails are lovely and the staff were so helpful.

I cannot thank Debbie enough today. She had curled my hair and as I left a massive rain shower came on and I was locked out of my car. Long story short I was in a massive panic and my hair was ruined but she took the time to fix it for me. I was on my way to a wedding and I really appreciate her doing that for me.

I don’t know what the stylist was called. I dong think she introduced herself. To be honest my hair is darker than when I went in. I had mentioned strawberry blonde and mg hair is brownish colours there’s no blonde showing. As I gig yhis for half price I did not return to the salon.

I would 100% recommend Metro... they are all so lovely and helpful... Nora is very helpful and is good at what she does... I’m very pleased with my hair thank you again

Rebecca is always pleasant and has cut my hair well. This visit was as good as previous times.
The salon is nice bad bright and staff make you feel very welcome and relaxed with a keen customer focus at the heart of their business.
I would recommend this Salon to anyone.
