From start to finish, this was one of the best salon visits I've ever had. The hair wash with the massage chair was incredibly relaxing, and the stylist had such a pleasant manner—kind, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. They took their time to make my hair look absolutely beautiful for a special ceremony tonight. I also appreciated the way they explained the products they used, especially the ones for adding volume. Overall, a lovely experience, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my hair. Highly recommend! Saskia was amazing thank you

I make it hard work for anyone to cut my hair. Life gets busy, then I neglect it. It doesn’t seems to bother Sarah, and she quickly makes a great job of tidying it up. Sarah is easy company for the 25mins that I’m in the chair, with her easy-going and personable nature.

Sarah is always very professional and achieved a colour I was previously told was impossible! She works efficiently, so no sitting around all day and ensures I’m comfortable throughout my appointment. I’m totally reassured by her knowledge about colour and hair care in general and love the little added extras in the salon that make it feel like a pamper day! On a personal level, she is a lovely girl to chat to and have a good laugh with! Thank you Sarah! <3

Glen really took an interest in my opinions.He was realky friendly and really great.A great cut and style.

Today we returned to the salon to have my daughter’s tinsel removed from her hair. This was free of charge which was much appreciated. All staff in the salon were very friendly and made my 8 year old daughter feel very safe and comfortable.
Sarah gave her a dry trim. She engaged beautifully with my daughter who was nervous about getting her long hair chopped! She felt listened to and came away so happy and is happy to go back. This is music to my ears!

As usual my visit to this salon was a treat. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommend this salon.

Not once but twice my daughter has had her hair coloured in your salon. This time it was ridiculous for a salon to be so funky. My daughter has problems with her mental health, she's 16 so we had a consultation first. We booked her in and being a big girl she wanted to go by herself. She came home with one side of her hair shorter than the other we had picked a colour previously and her hair was definitely Nothing like it. So Alex came home not a happy bunny Ohh I forgot she was supposed to have a blonde fringe guess what ! It wàs ginger. So out £120 and she will need a redo obviously can't get it done too soon as it's been dyed and her formal is in February

Had blow-dry appt with sarah, explained about dryness on scalp and she sorted it out with an amazing scrub and fantastic blow-dry as usual

My daughter loves her visits to Hair and Co. She got a hot chocolate and was looked after so well. Lynsey took such care with her haircut and she is so pleased with it. Fabulous service as always!

Booked both my daughter and I in for a cut and blow dry with Lyndsey. Happy is an understatement. Exactly like the photo my daughter had shown her and my hair is curly and haven't had it cut so well in years.
