Knowing I was on a budget, Nadia kindly informed me of the benefit of the products & additional services that were available whilst not being pushy and was respectful of my budget. I really appreciated that. She took the time to make some adjustments and didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenience. Me and my step daughter started coming here regularly about 2 years ago when we moved to ards. My step daughter gets her nails done and they’re always stunning and last ages. Today I called in for my first cut postpartum and Lynsey was fantastic with advice as my hair has started to fall out and isn’t as in good condition after having a baby. I make it hard work for anyone to cut my hair. Life gets busy, then I neglect it. It doesn’t seems to bother Sarah, and she quickly makes a great job of tidying it up. Sarah is easy company for the 25mins that I’m in the chair, with her easy-going and personable nature.

Sarah is always very professional and achieved a colour I was previously told was impossible! She works efficiently, so no sitting around all day and ensures I’m comfortable throughout my appointment. I’m totally reassured by her knowledge about colour and hair care in general and love the little added extras in the salon that make it feel like a pamper day!
