Love my new winter colour

I bought my two children in for hair cuts. My three year old son hates having his hair cut and usually screams but Sam was so calm with him and worked out what would make it more comfortable for him. He sat so well and now has a great hair cut! Thankyou Sam.

I wasnt well as I have epilepsy and on that day was late with meds as phone was put on silent. My daughter had an appointment was going to go on her own for the first time as she is nearly 15 and a young carer also a very responsible teenager. I had previously told Sam she would be okay by herself. As Anastasia had been to Sam with me before and had also cut her hair Anastasia thinks Sam is wonderful and would have felt very comfortable without me there. I was going to drop Anastasia there and she was going to meet me after. Unfortunately I became unwell in the way there. I didn't want to let anyone down and so we both arrived when I became light headed blanking out. The staff were wonderful and moved me immediately in a separate area I was offered a drink of water and was made to feel at ease. My daughter didnt want me to go anywhere as would have been worried. My daughter loves her hair and couldn't wait to show her friends on social media. She isn't really a selfie person but on this occasion took some. O cant really praise the staff enough. They are always very polite and welcoming and Sam is always friendly and great with with helping me decide what I should do with my hair as I am always slightly undecided. I always recommend Boss for the service the cleanliness and the expertise.

First time having my eyelashes done... I have other treatments and Georgia was brilliant as always. Felt comfortable, the salon is always spotless and hygiene is never a concern. Will definitely return, time and time again!

Had my hair coloured and cut by Claire. The whole experience really cheered me up after months of lockdown. A much needed haircut and I also had my hair coloured. A great result as always. My hair is a lovely even colour and lovely and shiny too. I felt reassured and safe. Very professional and excellent hygiene and social distancing measures in place yet still the same great atmosphere.

It is so good, after the easing of lockdown, to be able visit Boss for a regular trim. As always Claire did an excellent job. She listens to what is wanted and the end result is very pleasing.

I hadn't had my hair coloured or cut for sometime and it badly needed an overhaul so was happy to visit the salon, although somewhat apprehensive. I needn't have worried as there were many safety precautions in place. I felt the staff were aware of customer safety too. As always Jackie worked a miracle on my hair and I am so pleased with the colour and style. Thank you so much. ☺️
