Thoroughly enjoyed a Dermalogica face mapping session today with Pat. 12 months ago I had distressing Rosacea and no daily facial routine, now my skin has never looked so good (even in the morning no pillow marks),
Today Pat introduced me to some new Dermalogica products that will build on and improve on, the products I use every day. Set in relaxing and professional surroundings, I came away feeling thoroughly pampered.
I always purchase my replacement products from Boss, and enjoy samples to take away and try at home.

I definitely recommend this service and this lovely friendly Salon

I had a fantastic massage today at Boss hair, Beauty and skin centre. Becca was great, she has a wonderful technique ,the room was relaxing and the music playing was very relaxing too. Would recommend Boss to everyone. All the staff are great.

I have been visiting boss for a number of years and I get great service every time . I always have Steph cut my hair but when Steph is away the other ladies do a fab job . The salon is upbeat and carries a great ambiance love this place.

Great professional help from Steph had my first back massage, didn't tell Steph that I'd been having a problem with elevating my right arm. However, now I can without pain, was thinking about going to the GP about it who would probably have prescribed pain prescription. So Steph has saved the NHS money. Didn't mention my arm because it was a back and neck massage but just shows how everything is related. Thank you Steph and Boss Studio. Joanne Leake x

I have been coming to Boss for years now for both hair and beauty and I can't fault it, the salon is friendly, clean modern and relaxed and you are always made to feel welcome and looked after.
The staff are all very talented, and excellent at what they do, they keep up to date with all the latest training and techniques and it definitely makes a difference ????

What I love about Boss is their prompt service (rarely had to wait), flexibility when I-inevitably- leave my appointment till the last minute and, most importantly, the warm, welcoming staff (always greeted with a smile, chatty, pleasant staff!) Thank you Sam and Nikki today for my colour and finish-gorgeous! Would recommend any of the stylists.

I go every time I need waxing. I usually have Rebecca. I must say the service is great. Always get an appointment when I need one. Although the waxing is done quickly that doesn't change how professional the service is

I thoroughly enjoy my monthly treatments with Becca. She takes time to ensure I'm comfortable and encourages me to relax. She works with me to try out different things and is happy to make recommendations for things that she thinks will work for me. I highly recommend giving her a try for skin treatments, massages, manicures and/or pedicures.

James has been doing my hair for (pretty much) 11 years now, it's always exactly what I ask for & he is the only person I have ever trust 100% to do my hair! Can't fault his (kind of) funny banter in each appointment & would highly recommend him.

Have been going to this Salon now for almost a year. The Customer service is fantastic. The staff are friendly and add to the ovarall experience by providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Samantha at Boss is a fantastic hairdresser. She cuts my hair and foils it I have 2 colours, straightens in too. I always come home feeling a million times bette. Thanks to her expertise and friendly smile. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My first ever time going to BOSS for anything an have never had my brows waxed before only ever plucked so i waa a bit nervous about my 3o'clock app on the 2nd of may 2017 ... cant remember the ladys name (sorry) but i just wanna say how fantastic she was with me and my friend ... really chatty had a laugh an was really happy with the whole experience start to finish ... i will defo be visiting again thankyou very much... i never leave feedback but thought it wass so good a couldnt not.. thanks again hayley xx

I am always greeted with a warm welcome by all of the staff and am always offered coffee/tea. My stylist is very knowledgeable and discusses with me all aspects of my hair care and styling. On more than one occasion my hair has not only been blow dryed, but curled/put up, if I am going out that evening. Nothing is too much trouble and I can't wait to return!

From the moment you walk in all staff are friendly and acknowledge you!! They take your coat and ask you if ou want a drink! ALL STAFF are approachable, happy and professional. I use to have James all the time for my hair he is fantastic, my husband won't go to anyone else!! But because of my work commitments I had to go with another stylist which is Stef. She is also fantastic! Both stylists always give you what you want!! Thank you James and Stef for looking after us! It's nice to go in and see everyone loves their work!

James has a wonderful ability to turn me from a 10/10 to the only known 11/10 sinve records began. He's literally the only person allowed within 2m of my hair with scissors or a clipper. Only once in the last 5 years I have been forced to use someone else and in comparisson to James, it looked like I had jumped into a ceiling fan.

If God once again looks down on at the people on Earth and sends his son down to show manking the error of our ways the first place Jesus will go before he cures blindness, before he walks on water and before he feeds the hungry with fish and bread will be down to Boss Hair Studio for a number 1 fade off James.

From walking into the salon too walking out the staff where lovely. I couldn't be happier with my treatment stephanie took her time and wasn't hurrying me out and made sure I was happy with the result. She was also friendly and full of conversation. I will come back and recommend to friend

I have been having my hair cut at Boss for nearly ten years and coloured for about four years. I have always had a good experience and been pleased with the finished result. Michael cutting is quality and Claire's colouring is excellent.

Rang at 8.45am & got appt for 10.30! Brilliant! Hair cut & styled by Sharon, one happy & content customer.

Regular user of this salon would not trust anyone as much to dye and cut my hair. Steph and the rest of the team always listen to what I want and never dissapointed. Love leaving here with refreshed hair.
