Gorgeous experience as always, Georgia did a fab job of our holiday nails which has added to the excitement for our trip. Special thanks to Jackie for a much needed haircut and to the lovely, polite Courtney for her assistant, you are going to make an excellent hairdresser.

Hayley is an experienced beautician and does her best to make each visit as comfortable as possible and is understanding when last minute changes are necessary.

Georgie did an excellent job of my hands and feet. A very talented practitioner.

Visited salon today planning to have the same old foils I had forever!..
On talking with Jackie and feeling confident in her knowledge and experience,I decided to go for a change and have an all over colour.
Jackie was patient and helpful, she didn’t pressure me and was more than happy to undertake the task despite the additional time it was going to take...
I also had a cut with Clare and can honestly say I am more than happy with the overall result...she did exactly what I requested.
Nothing was too much trouble and I left the salon a very satisfied customer...

Felt I had been overcharged for the service which took approx 30 mins of the stylist time.As a man of pensionable age and short haired customer for too many years to recall I was hit with a 10% increase in charges, way above inflation rate to a person on a fixed income.I would request you consider a discounted rate for your loyal customers of a certain age.

Georgia has only just qualified well that was my understanding however her work and style every bit as good as the others. Yes she has slightly less skills but she will soon learn more of the technical aspects of that I'm sure. Today she had done another fantastic job at making my nails look good and my nails are challenging.. just ask her. Brilliant job well done Georgia.

Always a lovely experience dealing with Claire..
However as we receive a text to remind us of our appointment it would be appreciated if BOSS could inform it’s long standing customers of price increases as it was a bit of a surprise when paying, and asked myself, so Claire apologised. This made me feel uncomfortable. Many thanks, Debbie

I had my hair coloured at boss hair few times now with different stylists and each time and I am always happy with the result. My only criticism would be that lady who washed my hair (don’t know the name) pulled them a bit too much.

My six weekly trips to Claire never disappoint. Highly recommended first class professional service
