Mel did a fabulous job with my hair - I couldn’t be happier or recommend her more. She listened to exactly what I wanted, looked at my inspiration pictures and was totally lovely throughout the whole appointment!

I always enjoy my visit to see Nicola in the Salon. My hair feels and looks so much better after the trim I had yesterday. I had a great experience at Jo & Cass in Kendal! Amy was great, very good and experienced, attentive professional. I could not get an appointment with my usual hairdresser and decided to go to Jo & Cass. I was not disappointed at all! Amy listened to me very carefully about my usual hairstyle and then discussed with me every step of the cut. Her work turned out to be just perfect, exactly what I wanted and she also did something special for my curls styling too. I will come back to Amy for another haircut. Thank you!

From the moment Amy introduced herself, I knew I was going to get a great haircut. She looked through the photos I'd saved of hairstyles I liked, and asked what I liked about each one - I felt like she really listened to what I wanted. She asked the junior stylist to wash my hair with products that benefited my hair type. The cut was great and I love my new style, thank you Amy!

Evie did a brilliant job of cutting and styling my hair
I asked for the stylist just to tidy up my hair as I’m growing it and to trim around my ears. I came out with my hair really short as she said it looked like two different styles - I hadn’t realised that neatening it up would mean it was so short. My hair will very soon need trimming around the ears again
