I was a little hesitant to have a relatively new stylist but I was greatly impressed. My usual ladies were off yesterday but Evie did a fabulous job and lovely to chat too x

Evie has done my hair three times now and I have been delighted with the colour and cut, just as I have when Amy and Jade have done my hair. Evie is very precise and always takes her time and asks exactly what I want, offers advice and checks if I am happy at the end. I always feel at ease at J&C and enjoy my couple of hours of relaxation! Thank you

The before and after of my hair was unbelievable. I previously had some tough colours on there like red, black, purple ect. And I wasn’t expecting much result, but oh my god it looks incredible. The music was absolutely class, the vibe and atmosphere was good aswell. Definitely returning☺️☺️

I had a lovely relaxing experience at Jo and Cass on my last visit. Georgia had great knowledge about the different treatments available and what would work best on my hair. She always friendly and chatty and cuts my hair as I like it. The atmosphere was very chilled and they offered me a drink as soon as I sat down. I enjoy my visits to the salon and find it relaxing especially when I book my appointment after a busy day at work

Steph is great she always listens to what I would like to achieve and manages to sort me out!

I am really happy with the cut and colour that I had today. My. hair is fine and uninteresting but Georgia always manages to make it look good. She is lovely and really listens to what you require, taking care and paying attention to detail. I am very happy that Georgia is my hairdresser and enjoy my visits to Jo and Cass.

I always look forward to going to have my regular hair appointment, Amy is an amazing Hairdresser, I would not like to have anyone else, she is always conscientious, helpful, offers advice and which products are best for my hair, in a word she is wonderful.

Love my visits here. Nicola is just great and takes time to discuss colour and any issues and make sure I’m happy. She is also friendly and easy to chat to and all of the other staff are v nice too

The whole experience was lovely. Evie took on board what I wanted in the consultation and was very thorough with making sure I was happy with what was happening throughout the service.
Really pleased with the end result and have booked my six week trim already.

After having blonde highlights for a while now I decided I wanted a change. Rachel was great with her advice on copper colours so took the plunge and I am so happy with the result.

I was embarrassingly late for my appointment but Steph was brilliant - very flexible in cutting another clients hair in my slot so she could carry out my appointment in full - so grateful I didn’t lose the appointment - thx Steph!

Amy has been my stylist since I first started going to Jo and Cass. She’s always so kind and helpful. I always leave feeling wonderful. I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my hair.

Honestly such a great experience, friendly staff and stylist. And my hair feels and looks amazing!

Amy was great at advising me about my cut and how to look after my hair and took she time to do a good cut and make sure it was right and I liked it.

As usual excellent service from Nicola kindly comes in extra early every time I have hair done .

After my last Gent's Cut and Finish from Lou, I thought it would be impossible to improve on perfection...but I was wrong! The excellence of my haircut and beard trim is such that it has knocked 20 years off my appearance. So much so that my partner says I could easily pass for mid-60s.
