Always a warm welcome at the salon, with detailed consultation to make sure of my hair needs. Ruby always does a fabulous service from colour, shampoo and cut and styling, also showing me new products and styling ideas.

Absolutely love my new hair! First time at Slimming World Hair and Beauty and I wasn't disappointed. I met with Ruby prior to my appointment to do a patch test and talk about what I had in mind. She gave me options and advice and left me excited for the result. The consultation was key and meant that I walked away loving my new look. Ruby was great throughout the process, talking me through what she was doing and how long the different elements would take. The whole experience was great, a cheeky glass of Prosecco whilst having my hair done was the icing on the cake.

After spending an extended time in hospital I came into the salon with my hair looking dreadful & feeling pretty rubbish. Lydia spent time to understand what I wanted to achieve, gave suggestions and showed me examples. She was so considerate of the fact my scalps still painful. The cut & colour are amazing and more importantly I feel like I’ve got a bit of the old me back; I can’t thank the team enough!

Always a lovely appointment and catch up with Lucy. She’s always happy to see what nail pics I bring along and always does a fantastic job.

Another lovely hair experience with Ruby. She is always kind and welcoming. Today I felt unwell but Ruby was really careful and looked after me. And my hair looks great too!! If you ever had concerns about skin needling then speak with Dawn. I have never had it done and to be honest wasn’t quite sure what was going to happen. I had spoken with Dawn previously and she explained the procedure. On the day she talked me through everything, all paperwork completed and away we went with my first treatment. Dawn was comforting throughout and made me feel at ease. The aftercare card I received made me feel even better. I can’t tell you what the results are like as it is too early. I enjoy visiting Slimming World as there is no pressure sell for the next appt. It is left up to me as the client but I know the team are at the end of the phone to talk.

I have come here for my hair for a while now and I always leave feeling amazing. Ruby is so lovely always has a smile and genuinely a lovely person who always does an absolutely amazing job! She just knows exactly what I want without me even knowing what I want! It’s magic ✨

Had amazing nails done today by Dawn. Such a lovely lady and my nails are perfect!! I usually go to walk ins but after going to hair & beauty you can tell the difference in quality of nails and the service, so I will be booking my future appointments here from now on

When Lydia does my hair, I always leave the salon feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Lydia can tackle and colour challenge and fix any bad hair! She’s a wonderful soul and is happy to talk but there is no awkwardness should I prefer to have a more silent and mindful session. Thanks Lydia!!

I had a full set of hybrid lashes with Georgia today. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and at ease. There was a short wait as Georgia finished off with a client, I was offered a drink and checked in on regularly. The service I received from Georgia was superb. I'm short so she got me a little step stool to help me get up onto the bed. She was chatty and friendly throughout the appointment but also very professional. Georgia regularly checked I was comfortable and checked I was happy with the end result of my treatment; which I most definitely was- ny lashes are gorgeous!

Not been to have my hair done for ages so I was a bit nervous but everyone looked after me and niamh took great care to make my hair fabulous. Won't leave it so long next time x

I’ve been going to Lydia for years, and would truly never trust another soul with my hair. She knows exactly what I like and what would suit me, and whenever I come in with a vague idea of what I want, I give her the ‘creative rights’ to my hair and she always how above and beyond to make it perfect. She’s a brilliant hairdresser and I’ve loved my experience so far at SW.
