As always everyone was welcoming and friendly. Family and friends that I have seen love the latest style, especially the fringe - thanks Helen for the advice and the cut.

Kirsty was amazing today! She always is, but during this pandemic she and the whole salon were exceptional! Brilliant cut as ever!

I was very impressed with the approach taken by Keith Halls when I went in for a cut and blow-dry yesterday. It was great that there were so few people there (only two clients and minimal staff) and that I only came in to close contact with one other person, Julie, who welcomed me, washed my hair, cut it and dealt with payment. Julie was wearing a visor and mask and I kept my mask on throughout. I felt reassured that everything possible was being done to protect both staff and clients alike and would recommend anyone who is slightly nervous in the current climate about visiting a hairdresser, to give it a go - I think they would be pleasantly surprised! Thank you to Julie for making it a really positive and enjoyable experience!

The whole experience was very safe and comfortable regarding the current situation. Helen made me feel at ease and explained the procedure regarding gowns and coat hanging very clearly. Within the salon the atmosphere was just as friendly as usual but of course quieter as there were fewer clients. My shampoo was well done and I was SO pleased to be back at Keith Hall’s and to see Helen. She is such a professional, and after explaining the length of my hair and the different style I had achieved by way of lockdown, Helen discussed this with great kindness and understanding. She appreciated my difficulties due to my shoulders having torn tendons and my inability to comb my hair easily. I waited as instructed while another client came into the salon and then went to the desk to pay. All in all a most assuring and efficient experience.

Always the perfect experience. I always get the exact colour & cut I ask for but Sadie also helps suggest ideas. Sadie is easy to talk to and efficient all at the same time. It’s such a relaxed environment and I didn’t feel at all worried about CV-19 everything was washed and clean and the salon was perfectly organised to keep us safe.

What a treat after lockdown! Although I couldn’t get my usual stylist Sadie did a fantastic job and I feel able to face the world again!

I was extremely happy with my cut and colour today. After 4 months of lockdown It felt great to be able to look in the mirror again . Everyone in family said my hair looked great. Kirstie took a lot of time and trouble to give more hair a more natural look

Like most I'm sure it felt good to finally be able to have a hair cut. Things are obviously different but Sadie was her usual cheerful self and made me feel as welcome as always.

Thank you Courtney, my hair looked amazing after your trim after months of looking wild in lockdown! My fringe is so much better now! I felt the hygiene in the salon was brilliant and really put my mind at ease with the safety measures that have been introduced.

Helen was brilliant as always and I was extremely pleased with the results after my appointment. I felt a different person walking out of the salon!

Over the years I have had many hairdressers and although I have been pleased with the results initially, I found that many hairdressers become complacent and prefer to do the same old thing. In fact when I told one hairdresser that I fancied a change, she asked what I didn't like about it currently and when I said nothing I just fancied a change she told me if it ain't broke it don't need fixing! Helen has never been complacent, she listens, discusses and gives me the result I am after. She is also so friendly and attentive and always remembers the drivel I chat about each visit! Perfect.
