Isobel is a great role model for Lili the apprentice! Both are lovely girls, very welcoming and do their jobs well thank you both.
Beckie restyled my hair following a series of disasters at other salons. She always listens to what I want doing at each appointment and styles my hair perfectly. Also get the best complementary head massage and coffee on every visit. Highly recommend.
Kirsty did exactly what I asked for a blunt bob with a side parting, she is always happy to advise and recommend products that will help with the condition and styling.
She is a fountain of knowledge.
I have total confidence in her.

I was desperately in need of a haircut and booked online for the next day which I thought was brilliant. Kirsty worked wonders with my mass of hair. I think it’s because she works with your hair and your personality and doesn’t just do a haircut if that makes sense. Today Isobel did my hair as Beckie who usually does my hair was on holiday.
I am really pleased with what she has done. I had a mix of 2 colours of the temporary colour mask which has come out really lovely. She cut my hair a little bit shorter than I had been having it in order to bring out my natural curl which I really like.

I’ve had my hair done by Beckie for more years than I care to admit and watched her grow from a stylist to running 2 of her own Keith Hall Salons. So richly deserved. When I first met her I told her I’d rather go to the dentist than hairdresser and she has completely changed that. Move on 20+ years and I am right back there as she will not move north of the border for me! I will miss her professionalism and skill, let alone the friendship we have developed.
