As always Sadie was welcoming and professional- I can't fault her. What I can find fault with is the ill conceived special offer for new customers. Why are you offering a 20% discount to them when, as far as I'm aware, there is nothing to thank your loyal, existing clients. Anyone can take advantage of this 'offer' as a one off then you may never see them again while long standing customers are left feeling under valued and being charged full price. Not a clever move Keith Hall.

I was really impressed when I went to get my hair done for the first time here. Isobel was really friendly and easy to talk to. She brought out a hot water bottle and some sweets it was such a lovely touch sometimes it's the little things in life! Was really happy with my cut and my husband thought it looked really nice too. 20% off for first time customer was much appreciated too.

Isobel was fab! She was knowledgeable and gave great advice! Lovely head massage too! Would recommend! Lovely girl.

Cut and root retouch were very good but I was taken aback by the price of £99 . I would like to see an itemised bill as I cannot understand this amount for a service which, on your price list totals £75.

Courtney has recently returned to the and I was very pleased she was able to look after my hair again . My hair seems to be a problem when it comes to colour but it has never been a problem for Courtney . I was extremely pleased with the results.
