I had the most wonderful experience at this salon while visiting the area for housesitting. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. Stacey, who cut my hair, was absolutely lovely—so bubbly, chatty, and full of positive energy. Normally, I can feel a bit awkward in new places and around new people, but she made the whole experience fun and comfortable.
Not only did I walk away with a fantastic haircut that made me feel amazing, but I also left feeling uplifted from the great conversation and relaxed atmosphere. The salon itself is beautiful—clean, stylish, and with such a calming vibe. The little touches, like a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit, made it even better.

Excellent from start to finish. I haven't had my hair cut for over a year, so there was alot of hair to deal with.
Helen listened to what I wanted and created the cut and style perfectly. They even let me borrow an umbrella after as it had started to rain.

I give my stylist a free rein. Hairdressing is her skill so she can do what she likes.
I wanted a razor cut because it gives a beautiful softness to short hair and so long as it's not a perfect bob I'm happy.
Since coming back to this salon I've been really happy.

Where do I start? Amazing from start to finish. After 22 years with one hairdresser and moving from South to North I had to make a change which for me was quite nerve wracking. From the moment I spoke on the phone I felt my requests were fully understood and walking in to the salon I was greeted so warmly by the staff with a lovely coffee. Always a nice touch. I have soft Afro hair and have in the past had various products to relax/straighten it and I have to say that this smoothing treatment is by far one of the best straightening anti frizz treatments I have ever had so 10 out of 10 there. I went for a sharp long bob cut which again was beautifully done. Helen, you are a true talent in the industry and wish I had found you sooner in life 🤣. The compliments I have received have definitely gone to my head but I have obviously had to credit your skill for my fresh new look. Thank you

We had the pleasure of coming in for Bryn’s first haircut today. Helen and the girls were warm, kind and patient. Needed my hair doing before Christmas (after being ill) and this salon was luckily still taking bookings. My hairstylist was a lovely young lady , who did a wonderful job with cutting my very thin hair to give it shape, after a very nice relaxing wash and massage. I had my long straight hair permed by Stacey last week. I was very anxious having not set foot in a salon for many years (choosing instead mobile hairdressers) but I felt extremely comfortable as soon as I walked in. A lovely very relaxed atmosphere.
Stacey made me feel very relaxed from the offset and explained to me that she wouldn’t be able to do the spiral perm I’d originally hoped for, due to my hair length and condition, but said that she would be able to do a normal perm. So ahead we went…A week and two washes later and my new curls are beautiful!
Stacey explained how to look after my new hair and I’ve followed her advice rigidly and I’m very happy.
I would recommend this salon without a doubt. Thankyou!

Stacy explained what she was going to do to rectify it but said it wouldn't be fixed for some months to come because of the damaged so she cut it so I had a style to my hair and treated it. This was my second visit to this lovely friendly salon. Managed to book a last minute appointment for a treatment followed by a cut and blow dry with Ellie - Mae. Friendly and helpful stylist. My hair felt lovely and soft after the treatment and I am pleased with how Ellie-Mae cut my hair.
My previous appointment with Stacey for a treatment, highlights and cut was equally rewarding. I had not had my hair coloured for a number of years. Stacey put me at ease and explained which colour combinations would sit nicely within my natural hair colouring. The highlights gave a subtle lift to my hair without it being overpowering.
