For a bit of context - I hadn’t had my long and somewhat scruffy hair cut in about 2 years and was a little nervous.
Stacey was absolutely lovely, very professional and my hair now looks amazing. She recommended products and gave me tips about how to maintain the style.

This was my second visit to this lovely friendly salon. Managed to book a last minute appointment for a treatment followed by a cut and blow dry with Ellie - Mae. Friendly and helpful stylist. My hair felt lovely and soft after the treatment and I am pleased with how Ellie-Mae cut my hair.
My previous appointment with Stacey for a treatment, highlights and cut was equally rewarding. I had not had my hair coloured for a number of years. Stacey put me at ease and explained which colour combinations would sit nicely within my natural hair colouring. The highlights gave a subtle lift to my hair without it being overpowering.

I just called in to enquire if they just trimmed a fringe, lovely lady said yes take a seat (wasn’t expecting that) she trimmed my fringe just the way I like it, I then went to the counter to pay and she said no that's fine (did not expect that) what fantastic and refreshing customer service. I absolutely love my new hair and it really is the best cut I’ve had in years.
Ellie-Mae was great, listened to what I wanted and really made it perfect.
I managed to book an appointment for the same day. The stylist Stacey was so lovely! She made me feel very comfortable and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending!

I really enjoyed my first experience in this salon today, from the initial greeting to the end I was so impressed, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and Ellie was so accommodating and attentive and she listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice aswell 😁 I was also very impressed that the staff were also giving each other advice, such a lovely atmosphere and I can’t wait to go back 😁
