From entering the salon I felt looked after and consulted about what I wanted. Paul always makes sure that my hair looks it's best and why he cuts it that way. When I talked about colours he also explained why it would suit my hair style.

I hadn’t had my haircut professionally for months due to COVID lockdowns and restrictions. Zach listened to what I asked and I showed him a style I liked. He didn’t judge my terrible home cut and dyed hair and painstakingly cut it! The results are amazing! I now have a fashionable stylish haircut and feel so more myself! I can’t recommend the helpful service at this salon and the stylist Zach anymore. He is extremely talented and I can’t wait to book my next appointment!

Would prefer a drink with the service now though, it’s all about the experience - especially if I’m sat in there for 3/ 4 hours.

I only go to Paul and will not go anywhere else. I always come away with hair that looks stunning and he knows exactly what to do to make my hair look it’s best.

Just so lovely to return to the salon to see such lovely familiar faces welcoming and very helpful . I was feeling very anxious on arrival and just having the reassurance of your PPE supplied on arrival along with the high level of cleanliness , made me feel so much more settled .. should be praised for your Covid compliance excellently done . . Lovely Hannah on reception was as helpful and patient as usual as I am a slow coach . Maddie Greeted me with one of her lovely smiles and once again I felt at ease , she cut my Lockdown locks like she remembered Just how I used to look , which I certainly didn’t resemble on first sight .. she made me feel like myself again couldn’t have been happier with my cut and blow . Every stage from washing massage to finish I felt so looked after and throughly pampered .. just loved it . Can’t wait to return .. X

I had not had my hair cut for a year and Paul was so positive about how it looked that I felt better straight away. I had a good talk about how I wanted it to be and Paul made sure that it looked how I wanted before I left. A great experience.
