First time having Katie for my hair, my usual hairdresser was on annual leave. I remember Katie from her apprentice days, she has always been friendly, polite and professional. Katie made a lovely job of my hair, especially washing it. Wish Katie was able to wash it every day for me! Very pleased with it.

Haircut by the lovely Chloe. She is always happy and chatty, and listens to what you want. It was a busy morning for her, but I was never made to feel like a problem!

It has been five years since my last visit to any hair salon. The idea of loud blaring music, over-powering lights, screens pumping continually advertising at you us not my idea of a supposed relaxing experience. Then walk out with a style that bears no relationship to the initial idea. How wonderful it was then to spend a couple of hours at Burlingtons in simple but tastefully surroundings, devoid of screens and pumping music having a interesting conversation with Jason. The various options of hair style were talked through first and the end result was to the letter an altogether wonderful and relaxing time

As always great haircut. I love this salon as every stylist seems to manage my unmanageable hair. So you can make appointments with confidence if your regular person isn't available. Laura gave me good advice on future colours, cuts etc. Very happy. Went out swishing my hair. Thank you, Burlingtons.

Excellent wash and massage from Beth as usual. Zoe did a great colour and Jodie did a fabulous cut and style for me. Great salon that I’ve used for many years.

As always Jono made an excellent job with my hair. It's naturally curly with a mind of its own and a tad tricky to cut. I am really impressed with how we are growing together learning what to do etc.

I love my new hair. The stylists was lovely very chatty.
