First time at Beauty Matters and will definitely be returning . Very covid safe and very happy with the treatment ?

Had an appointment today (30th Oct) with Kelsey for Eyebrow/Bikini Wax and Shellac File/Polish. Always a pleasure to visit this salon - due to Covid Regs excellent standards in place, staff professional and friendly as always.

They did a fantastic job of fixing my broken nails and making them look fabulous. They were very friendly and professional and made the whole experience very enjoyable. They were also very conscious of the covid restrictions but made us feel safe without it spoiling the experience.

Beauty matters adheres well to covid19 advice. Swedish massage is so relaxing with the aroma of lavender. Excellent firm massage which has greatly helped loosen my stiff legs. Feel rejuvenated. Would recommend.

Well it’s been a while since l had a facial and boy was it worth the wait. My beauty therapist was Lisa she was not only great at the facial but gave me loads of advice. My skin has not looked so good in a long time thanks Lisa I’ll be back.

Very enjoyable

Massage itself was great. I felt safe under COVID regulations in place.
I was using a voucher I had been bought for Mother’s Day. For some reason when my husband purchased this the salon did not put an expiry date or ref number on the voucher.
They questioned me about this which made me feel a bit awkward as I was asked several times about it. I even offered to find the receipt as I felt as if they may have thought it wasn’t genuine.
It didn’t completely ruin my experience but it certainly took the shine off the experience.

Love beauty matters everyone is so friendly and it has a nice calm atmosphere as soon as you walk tbrough the door. The treatments i have had over the years have been excellent.

The Salon is doing a brilliant job to keep people safe and they are following excellent hygiene standards. Sharon is very informative about her treatments so you know exactly what you're getting, and she is so bubbly and friendly which adds to the positive experience. I had HD brows and they look incredible so I will definitely be returning!

Welcomed on arrival by warm and friendly staff abiding by strict Covid19 rules. Shown to a relaxing room, background music to relax to during my amazing lavender massage. Felt the stress and stiffness just melt away. Kelcey gave a firm but wonderful massage. An fantastic experience which I will be enjoying again very soon. Mind and body as one.

Facial was good but I was disappointed that I didn’t receive the eyebrow tidy or head massage. Also previous facials I have had, I was always asked about my skin and what it’s like normally etc butI didn’t get asked any of this.I was a few minutes late to my appointment due to a road closure (I called ahead to let them know) so perhaps it was due to this that the other bits were not included.
I didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask about it at the time as I thought I may have read the description incorrectly.
The facial was good and the mask used was nice but overall a little disappointed with it as I was looking forward to it all week. I have had a facial here a few years ago and found that a good experience. I wouldn’t rule out trying again in the future.
