Facial was good but I was disappointed that I didn’t receive the eyebrow tidy or head massage. Also previous facials I have had, I was always asked about my skin and what it’s like normally etc butI didn’t get asked any of this.I was a few minutes late to my appointment due to a road closure (I called ahead to let them know) so perhaps it was due to this that the other bits were not included.
I didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask about it at the time as I thought I may have read the description incorrectly.
The facial was good and the mask used was nice but overall a little disappointed with it as I was looking forward to it all week. I have had a facial here a few years ago and found that a good experience. I wouldn’t rule out trying again in the future.

Amazing friendly service as always. I felt safe from start to end with the fantastic precautions the salon has put in place for COVID. My wax with Kelsey was brilliant and my nails with Sarah look beautiful. Highly recommend both of them and Beauty Matters.

I had the perfect post lockdown, post quarantine(?) boost today. A much needed back massage & a pedicure that restored confidence to expose my feet - they were definitely a challenge but the results were amazing?

I had a very enjoyable experience at my first time visiting. The ladies were so nice and friendly I will definitely be coming again. I felt so comfortable. Thank you very much.

Just been to visit Beauty Matters for the first time since the COVID-19 lockdown. All of the staff had full PPE ON and were as friendly as ever. All treatment areas are fully cleaned after each client and I did not mind the safety measures they have in place; wearing a face covering at all times, sanitising my hands on arrival, etc. So glad that I could return for my regular treatment and feel safe in the process.

Been going to Beauty Matters for years for all sorts of treats. So nice to be able to go last week for a pedicure. Michelle was her usual lovely self. So helpful and professional. Unhappy today due to this being the second time I have been expected to wait outside of the salon when I have arrived for the specified time. I understand the measures needed re Covid but just to be left in the street is unacceptable. I had an appointment yesterday at Soecsavers and wasn’t treated in this way. I should have been taken to the treatment room upstairs and not left stressed outside. Kelsey as always was fabulous to deal with.

It was my first visit back to the salon since lockdown to get my nails done and it was a wonderful experience as always. So much so I am going back for a pedicure next week. The staff have worked hard to make it as Covid safe as possible so a big thank you to everyone for being there and despite the obstacles make it a totally enjoyable experience

Staff very friendly

Bought my nearly 6 yr old to have her ears pierced today and wow I was very impressed. All in reception were so friendly helping my daughter choose what earrings and then once in the beauty room it was a lovely experience. The lady doing the piercing took her time to work out the markings so they were perfect and really made my daughter feel at ease. There was no rush whatsoever and she took her time, showed my daughter her new earrings in the mirror and explained all about the aftercare. Would recommend to anyone, 20 stars given!

I felt very safe and always very welcome when I enter. The staff are super friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. It’s the only salon I go to!

The usual outstanding service that comes as standard every visit. Clients are always made to feel relaxed, even in a pandemic. It was great to return and have a bit normality after so long.
