I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment which I had never had before. It was very relaxing and I have never had such soft pretty feet!

As alway a warm and friendly welcome by everyone ???? Leyla gave me a lovely pedicure and used hot orange shellac on my toenails, finishing with a relaxing foot massage.

Had my treatments carried out by Sharon today. She was so lovely and friendly and I’m really pleased with my results

I have been going to beauty matters for a fee years now, all the girls are always so friendly, always ontime and no rush. Natty does my eyebrows and always does a fantastic job!

I love this place I can just ring up and book appointments when it is right for me. I have a little one so its as when its convienient. I dont ever feel any pressure to have monthly appointments.

I am nervous about having my eyelashes tinted but love the results hence make myself do it (I know it's daft of me!) However I loved the quickness and the chat and they were done in no time at all! Thanks very much! Xx

I've been visiting Beauty Matters since Natalie opened it more than 20 years ago and used to visit several times a year. It's been a good while since I visited, so I was extremely pleased to see that the excellent standards of treatment, facilities and staff are just as high as ever. This time I enjoyed a paraffin wax manicure with Kelsey and it was such a pleasant experience. My hands which, due to a nasty bout of flu followed by a fractured wrist had really been suffering. I believe they now look five years younger than they did when I went in. My cuticles look perfect and the nail colour really suits me. Thank you all!

I rang Beauty Matters after suffering all weekend with a very stiff neck and shoulders, and Googling for beauticians who were open on Mondays. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and have also been suffering from headaches so was desperate for some TLC... I left a hopeful message and was contacted shortly by Natalie, who asked about my needs etc. She fitted me in for a massage in 30 minutes and the service I received from the minute I answered my phone, to then visiting the salon, and closing the door behind me was excellent!! I feel a lot more relaxed and Natalie actually did quite a bespoke massage for me, given the fact that I’m pregnant and suffering from 2 different ailments. Super grateful and will definitely be returning soon!

Excellent massage with Kelcey explained everything before and asked if I was allergic to product being used and afterwards on advice on how to correct my posture and to keep my fluids up during the rest of that day. I gave several treatments here all of which are very good.
