Such a lovely place to relax and enjoy having my nails done.Natalie and all the girls are lovely people that make you feel so welcome.I have to say a special thank you to Kelsey and Layla who go beyond expectations.I arrived to have my nails done threw this very hot weather and they made sure the door was kept open and I was sat by the door and also had put a fan on to keep me cool.now that's what I call customer service. Plus they're a little bit crazy,which I like.

I brought my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time.There was a great choice of ear rings to choose from.Sharon was amazing with my daughter and made her feel at ease as she was feeling a little nervous.All the staff in the salon were extremely friendly and professional.Highly recommended if you have young children who want there ears pierced and also great value for money as I payed more than double at Claire’s accessories for my other daughter .

Salon was lovely and clean and therapists very professional- had a spray tan for a wedding and very happy with the results- was given very good after care advice and also advised the best things to do in hot weather and to enhance the tan as much as possible

I have been going to Beauty Matters for many years. The girls are so friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. There is a good variety of treatments at an affordable price.

Treatment was excellent as always. Knows the areas to work on. Always reminded of what to do after ie fluids and to tske it easy.

Friendly and efficient service. Staff went the extra mile to fit me in for both services so that I didn’t need to return on a different day.
