Beauty Matters

Been for a few treatments now and throughly enjoyed my experience at Beauty Matters.
The staff are so friendly and professional and the services are done to a very high standard!
Cannot fault them at all and I will always recommend to people!

I visited Beauty Matters this afternoon, for the first time, having won a voucher as a raffle prize. Lucky me! The 40 min back neck and should massage was lovely as was the young lady who did it for me. I have already booked in for the next one.

I went for a deep cleanse facial, and had it done by Kelcey. Was worried about how my skin would react as i have very sentsitive skin...but was reassured that delicate products will be used and my skin will have no reactions.... Was very happy with the outcome...had a lovely glow and no reactions to any products! Felt relaxed and not rushed. Will deffo be coming on a regular basis.

It was my first visit and it didn't disappoint. The treatment felt very special and relaxing. Friendly staff.

Always take full advantage of this offer and upgraded it as well to a lava shell body massage.

100% excellent service, very friendly and professional girls, the salon is always beautiful and clean wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have a facial every month but today I had a massage aswell. 2 1/2 hours of total bliss. Highly recommend beauty matters all staff (especially Natty) are very friendly and prices are competitive a good local beauty salon

My afternoon of pampering was amazing; relaxing but with lots of humour too! I would recommend this to anyone. In fact I've already booked another!! My skin felt nourished all over and I felt relaxed . Thanks Natalie. You made the whole experience a joy.

My appointment today with Kelsey far exceeded my expectations of any employee or beauty salon! I have broken my foot and Kelsey kindly allocated a room for my massage downstairs in the salon, she also heated & lowered the bed and had pre-prepared a pillow for my foot which was so thoughtful as she was only interested in making me feel as comfortable as possible. I massively appreciated this lovely gesture! The back massage with Kelsey was absolutely amazing, I travel for work and physically carry a lot of weighted bags on my shoulders but after her firm massage my back and shoulders no longer ache and I can tell a noticeable difference. I can only highly recommend both Beauty Matters and Kelsey to anybody considering visiting!

This was my first visit to Beauty Matters and I was made to feel extremely welcome. Michelle was a true professional and I felt very reassured that I was in safe hands. I'm so very pleased with my lash extensions and with my eyebrows. I would most certainly recommend this salon to anyone.

Had first back massage in ages. Got the 40 min one. Best massage I've ever had. If there was an option to pay for a 2 or 3 hour one I'd have got it. Felt so relaxed afterwards.

I decided to treat myself to a shellac file and Polish and risked taking my 6 month old with me. Kayleigh did a beautiful job of my nails and the ladies were lovely with my daughter which ment I was able to relax.

Lovely relaxing experience from start to finish. Easily got an appointment at a time to suit me and the treatments weren't rushed at all - which i have found can be elsewhere. I will definitely be back!

A lovely friendly atmosphere, with great staff and excellent treatments. It was s thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Had my nails polished - Lisa helped me choose a colour which looks great and she was friendly and chatty. There was a problem with application on one of my nails and she redid it until she was satisfied with the finished result. I am very pleased with them. Just don't find the area outside the kitchen very relaxing but I know you need to make the mot if the space you gave being so busy!

Went to Beauty Matters and had some waxing, eyelash dying and electrolysis. All the girls there were really friendly. The lady who did my treatments was really nice and the treatments were very good. Would definitely recommend this salon.
