Absolutely brilliant service. Staff are friendly, welcoming and really helpful. I had eyelash extensions done by Liisa and she did an amazing job of them. I’m really pleased with the results. This was the first time I had been to beauty matters but I’d definitely recommend them.

This was my second ever nail apt and it was just as amazing as the first one. I use to bite my nails for pretty much my whole life and since having shellac done I've not touched them!! As always the girls were brilliant and I love coming into the salon. Thank you so so much!! Cinda<3

I love this place I can just ring up and book appointments when it is right for me. I have a little one so its as when its convienient. I dont ever feel any pressure to have monthly appointments.

I've been visiting Beauty Matters since Natalie opened it more than 20 years ago and used to visit several times a year. It's been a good while since I visited, so I was extremely pleased to see that the excellent standards of treatment, facilities and staff are just as high as ever. This time I enjoyed a paraffin wax manicure with Kelsey and it was such a pleasant experience. My hands which, due to a nasty bout of flu followed by a fractured wrist had really been suffering. I believe they now look five years younger than they did when I went in. My cuticles look perfect and the nail colour really suits me. Thank you all!

I rang Beauty Matters after suffering all weekend with a very stiff neck and shoulders, and Googling for beauticians who were open on Mondays. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and have also been suffering from headaches so was desperate for some TLC... I left a hopeful message and was contacted shortly by Natalie, who asked about my needs etc. She fitted me in for a massage in 30 minutes and the service I received from the minute I answered my phone, to then visiting the salon, and closing the door behind me was excellent!! I feel a lot more relaxed and Natalie actually did quite a bespoke massage for me, given the fact that I’m pregnant and suffering from 2 different ailments. Super grateful and will definitely be returning soon!
