Nothing too much trouble. Very relaxing and not rushed like some places

Came in for a shellac treatment and it was fantastic. Warm and welcoming salon, lovely staff and my nails look great for my holiday! I'll definitely be coming again!

Lovely relaxing experience from start to finish. Easily got an appointment at a time to suit me and the treatments weren't rushed at all - which i have found can be elsewhere. I will definitely be back!

Had my nails polished - Lisa helped me choose a colour which looks great and she was friendly and chatty. There was a problem with application on one of my nails and she redid it until she was satisfied with the finished result. I am very pleased with them. Just don't find the area outside the kitchen very relaxing but I know you need to make the mot if the space you gave being so busy!

Went to Beauty Matters and had some waxing, eyelash dying and electrolysis. All the girls there were really friendly. The lady who did my treatments was really nice and the treatments were very good. Would definitely recommend this salon.

I found Beauty Matters just over a year ago, and have been visiting regularly since, for fingers and toes; together with the occasional massage. Allthough all girls are extremely polite and helpful, I always book my appointments with Natty, who in my opinion is an excellent beautician. She is also lovely. I have always been completely satisfied with the service offered at Beauty Matters, and would highly recommend the salon.

Another wonderful massage from the top masseur Kelsey. My back and neck have improved so much since I started monthly massages. Can not recommend too highly.

I go to Beauty Matters every 6 weeks where I treat myself to a facial and pedicure and I always see Michelle. Michelle's treatments are always excellent, professional and luxurious. I have known Michelle for years and she really looks after me. If I have any problems with my skin, she is very good with advice and recommendations. I love my pedicure time as it is a chance to have a good natter, but Michelle is always respectful when I have my facial as I just like to be quiet and relax.

Really enjoyed my visit for facial yesterday. Lovely staff, nice surroundings. Will definitely be back. Would be nice if there are special offers for combined facial and massage, even if time for each is reduced slightly.

Kelcey was fab, a great job. It was a lengthy process, 2hrs & 45 mins so maybe that should be looked at as you could prob dramatically reduce beautician time! Receptionist painted nails and was also great. A happy customer.
