Beauty Matters

One week on from having my nails done for the first time at beauty matters (shellac) and they still look immaculate - this is a first! when I have visited other salons it has chipped almost immediately which I put down to being a result of where I work!
It cost a little more than where I usually go but the fact they look so lovely means I will be back again to have them done next time!

Had a great full body lava shell massage today, really relaxing. Booked again for January.

I tried Beauty Matters, Mickleover for the 1st time today. I was very impressed with the friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. Kelsey who only qualified in the summer was lovely and very professional, checking I was okay and happy with her work along with giving me some useful tips. I would definitely recommend the salon and Kelsey. I will use again

Spent nearly 3hours today myself and daughter being pampered. Great nails and waxing ready for hols. Iva loved her eyebrows too! Thank you Holly & Natty

My first time having a spray tan at Beauty Matters although I have had treatments here before which have always been excellent. Holly is so lovely and I love the St tropez tan and excited to see how it develops.

Holly was very professional and did a fabulous job. The hospitality was brilliant with coffee offered three times, will definately be going back.

Visited Beauty Matters on 27/10/16, I was greeted by two lovely smiles!! Offered a coffee and taken through for the treatment, it was so comfortable and Kelsey was such a lovely young lady, I had some lovely polite conversation with her. Kelsey has a professional manner and is very good at what she does, clearly all the staff here are happy. I would highly recommend and looking forward to returning to such a lovely place with wonderful staff and treatments.

What a wonderful time i had this morning with natilee. So refreshing .a pleasure to be there.

The first time I had this treatment 6 months ago and was amazed how relaxing it was, today was exactly the same experience, completely relaxed and recommend it to anyone. Beauty matters is a wonderful place with lovely friendly staff and no matter who you get or what you have done, always feel great when you leave.

Lots of physical work lead to lots of knots in shoulders, excellent massage unknotted it, staff great room peaceful, very enjoyable afternoon

I recently visited Beauty Matters in Mickleover to have some waxing, electrolysis, eyelash dying and a Shellac file and polish. The therapists were extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. My treatments were carried to a very high standard and I have already booked my next appointment in 6 weeks time. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon to anyone.

Had a lovely pedicure and a choice of numerous colours to put on my toes. Very restful and relaxing 2 hours

I always have been satisfied with the service I have received from Beauty Matters in the past, but was exceptionally satisfied today, when due to the original beautician having to cancel my treatment due to a medical appointment, another member of staff (Liisa) volunteered to come in on her day off just to attend to me.

Natalie is lovely and friendly. Really firm massage and got to work on the knots in my back. Relaxed atmosphere and very enjoyable.

As always top class service I've been going to Beauty Matters for about 10 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Brilliant.
