Treated myself to this amazing treatment after receiving a gift voucher for Beauty Matters. I always come here and all the therapists are amazing and professional, this time I wanted a treatment that I wouldn’t normally pay for myself and knew straight away when I received my voucher that I would use it on this treatment. From start to finish this was the most amazing experience. I felt so relaxed and at ease during and following the massage and can feel the benefits of it straight away. The pressure and temperature was spot on. I would highly recommend Beauty Matters, the therapists and this Hot Stones Massage. Pure luxury! Thank you so much. I will definitely be treating myself again to this treatment!

Really lovely experienced beauticians enjoy every time I go

This was my 3rd visit to the salon all for the same relax and unwind package kindly given as gifts. I found the visit the most relaxing of the 3 and was very well looked after by the team who are all friendly and helpful. However the package is advertised to come with 'afternoon tea' and on the website specifically lists sandwiches, scone and cake. I was provided with lunch of a sandwich, cake and drink and was suitably full but it wasn't the afternoon tea which I have had previously or that is advertised. Maybe due to Milly Mays having new owners?

Natty gave me a 40 minute shoulder and back massage. Firstly, using the machine and then her hands and forearms. She gives an amazing massage- the best I have had. I will be recommending Natty and beauty matters. I can’t wait for my next massage. A huge thank you to you.

I have almost completed my course of CACI treatments, I am very pleased with the results, people have commented, ‘I look different’ but they can’t say why.. look different in a good way.
All the therapists are really pleasant and friendly.
I will continue using the salon.

I had such a lovely visit to Beauty Matters. Georgia squeezed me without much notice and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. She couldn’t do enough for me and her colleague offered to do another treatment whilst I was there rather than head back with my 2 sons the next day…lifesaver!! Thank you ladies 😊
