From entering to leaving was a great experience... Adhered to all the guidelines but made me feel relaxed and comfortable... Most importantly I love my hair done by Jackie she really listened to what I wanted and got also got tips from Mandy so 5*setvice
After what has felt like years I have finally been able to book in with Mandy to get my hair looking great again.
The salon has reopened with all the precautions to feel safe but yet the atmosphere is still just as lovely as ever.

I came in to the salon today to have a wash and trim by the fabulous Jackie. She did an amazing job and I love my hair. The salon was clean and was a lovely environment. They all wore masks as well as the one other client in there - very good to see!

As usual 5*service. Was soooo ready for my nails to be pampered by Coral. Very professional with ppe and other measures in place for covid protection. Back in 4 weeks for more of the same, highly recommend 10/10

After more than 100 days (19 weeks) , i am so appreciative for getting me in to have my hair done. Thank you Mandy, Laura and Coral. You guys are just awesome considering how hard it is with the PPE and all. I felt thoroughly safe. I love my colour, my style and how Mandy you make me feel like me again. Coral chose the chrome cats eye effect nails and I’m totally in love with them.
Mandy listened to me saying how short I wanted to go and wanting a colour putting in and made a suggestion that sounded fab so was more than happy to go with it.
So glad I trust them as I walked out feeling fab.

I love this place. All the staff are friendly and chatty and go above and beyond to make people feel welcome. My mum came with me whilst I had my haircut and was treated to a cappuccino whilst she waited! No pretentiousness, just a good haircut by lovely staff!

It’s not often I get a chance to get my hair done, but Bijou have never let me down. Love the process from consultation to finish and tweaks :) feel human again! I’ll be back for my nails soon :)
