My experience starts, walking down Sadlergate, with original and quaint shops which I really like. In the salon I’m greeted with warmth and friendliness. I team up with the lovely Dannan, He asks how I am, and we discuss how my hairs been, am I happy with it and do I want anything different this time. I feel a bit like royalty. Throughout my time, staff continue to be smily and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble including Honey sorting out all my 8 weekly appointments through to Xmas. Amazing. Thanks guys. See you in 8 weeks. 🙏

I have had the same hairdresser for many years but she has moved out of the area. So I ventured into KH hairdressers this morning and met Jessica who did an amazing job on my unruly hair! She listened to what I wanted and skilfully brought my hair back into order! She obviously knew what she was doing and I can honestly say she did a great job!

Booked on line for Louise. On arrival was told another stylist who was standing at reception would be cutting my hair! Louse had apparently injured her wrist and was not taking on new clients. The stylist allocated to me was standing at the reception. I reluctantly agreed to the change. Only to notice Louse was cutting another clients hair in my slot with!
Very upsetting the least they could have done was email or phone me to ask if they could alter my appointment.
Very unprofessional, insensitive. A distinct lack of customer care from Louise.
Your offer for me to return to the salon later for Louise to cut my hair was to little to late.
