I’m so happy with my colour retouch, Kayleigh has done a fabulous job with the shade match and coverage. Charley blow dried and styled my hair today, I love how it looks and feels now.

Booked on line for Louise. On arrival was told another stylist who was standing at reception would be cutting my hair! Louse had apparently injured her wrist and was not taking on new clients. The stylist allocated to me was standing at the reception. I reluctantly agreed to the change. Only to notice Louse was cutting another clients hair in my slot with!
Very upsetting the least they could have done was email or phone me to ask if they could alter my appointment.
Very unprofessional, insensitive. A distinct lack of customer care from Louise.
Your offer for me to return to the salon later for Louise to cut my hair was to little to late.

I’ve stil 6 days a f Radio therapy treatment on my right ear so pleased my hair is holding up. My treatments are 7 mins week days so pleased I had a Saturday appointment Thankyou KH

Having 6 days left of radio therapy treatment on my right ear I am pleased my hair is holding up. My treatments 7 mins a day are weekdays hence I required a Saturday appointment so thank you.

I have had very disappointing experiences in hair sallons in the past. Never have I felt comfortable or that the stylists had actually taken notice of my expectations. However right from the start I was made to feel welcome and that they actually listened to me. Dannann was totally professional yet considered everything I asked for, even offering the advice I was looking for. Not only was I made to feel important and listened to, but recieved advice and importantly a great haircut that was way beyond my expectations. I would certainly recommend KH Hair to anyone who wants a well above average sallon.
