Hi Andrea, we are sorry that you feel like this.
Firstly two hours for highlights and a cut and blow dry isn’t excessive timing, however, we’re sorry that this interfered with your restaurant booking. Our stylist would never rush you, however felt very uncomfortable when you mentioned this although she had apologised for keeping you waiting. Unfortunately we do book clients in between other clients that’s how most booking systems work and sometimes things don’t run smoothly.
Once again we are sorry that the appointment took longer than you had originally expected.

I was originally booked with Hayley , but due to unforeseen circumstances Hayley couldn’t do it , so scarlet did my hair , very impressed, my hair looked really nice and she was very attractive and made me very relaxed

Jessica is absolutely amazing! My daughter is autistic and very anxious, she finds it hard to communicate and Jessica is patient and kind she lets her communicate through hand gestures and really takes her time with her.
