I always have a great experience when I come. Be it friendly staff, an equally inviting setting, and of course my hair always looks fab after. Today I saw Dannan for the first time which just amplified my positive experience. I was slightly nervous having a new hairdresser and also felt low in mood. Dannan was simply awesome. Such great company. He was warm, friendly and chatty. I definitely talked the most. I don’t think he could get a word in. It was just what I needed. He also kept checking I was comfortable and happy. I had a really fantastic experience at the salon today. I’ve not had my haircut properly in 4-5 years (I know, I know) and I was a bit apprehensive about how it would be but Dannan (and the rest of his team) were absolutely brilliant. Really kind, understanding, listened to what I wanted and helped me decide the best style for me. They also sorted out a donation to the little princess trust which was really helpful of them. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I will definitely be back!
