I’m so pleased with the great job the stylist, Robert, did with my hair. He styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. He was very friendly and chatty throughout my visit making it a very enjoyable experience. The salon looked very professional with high hygiene standards and the styling products used smell amazing! Hi, Thank you for your comments, if your hair is feeling a bit dry we do have a range of deep conditioning salon treatments to solve the problem and homecare products for you to maintain the condition of your hair at home. Please feel free to call in for some advice anytime.

I have always come to see Robert since he moved there.he always knows how to tame my hair. Its thick got a mind of its own. He changes colour when needed and advises me when i ask for it. Ive had a few colours over time and the odd perm .

Really good experience as always - felt extremely safe and the environment was relaxed with more people but precautions are still in place so was a much more normal and enjoyable experience - Robert has been doing my hair for many years and he always offers excellent advice and I always get positive comments about my hair

Ian did a great job on my hair. I do not like the new disposable towels they are single use plastic products, don't work, let water dribble down your neck and will be horrible in the Winter. Can't you get your own KH laundry facilities

to re-assure you they contain no hidden plastics and will biodegrade to compost within 8-12 weeks, used correctly water shouldn't dibble down your neck! We are sorry that happened to you and are double checking all staff know how to use them correctly. Hopefully we will soon be able to bring back a few luxuries once restrictions are fully lifted. Once again thank you for your feedback we do appreciate it.

I am at the start of my hair colour journey ( had box colour on to cover grey approximately 8-10 yrs ) and I’m ready to go lighter now.
I chose KH hair based on a google search of Derby ( my friend goes to KH Nottingham and is pleased with the service and results)
I discussed with Leeanna as to what I was aiming for in terms of colour change. and she explored my colour options demonstrating her experience and knowledge on the subject
Overall I am happy with the results following my first colour change and excited to go back to steadily and safely achieve my ‘hair colour goals’
Leeanna was accommodating cheerful and professional throughout my visit.
The atmosphere was sadly lacking due to Covivd restrictions ( not KH ) hence 4/5 stars
I would recommend others to visit based on my experience today
