Brilliant! This was my first time at the salon and I was feeling a bit nervous as I've not had a proper cut for a very long time. Leeanna was so friendly and skilled, it gave me a real lift! I couldn't be more pleased with my new style and my family love it too. Thank you!

Love the new style! Nicki spent a long time discussing the best way to go with it, and it was worth it! The extra liquid conditioner was very effective too.

KH give a great customer experience. I’m always listened to and given great advice. Their staff are experienced so I’m always pleased with the colour and cut. The head massage during the conditioning treatment is bliss. Great range of products used and for sale in the salon.

As usual a really good experience in a safe and comfortable environment. On this occasion my appointment was for a cut only with Linda. The staff are always extremely pleasant and welcoming.

As always - enjoyed my appointment and felt very comfortable.

I was a little disappointed with my colour as Leeanna had to do it twice and it still didn't take, Leeanna did not charge me for my colour but charged me for the cut , Leeanna could not understand why it never took . I felt disappointed about the colour but I also wish I had choose a different style cut made another appointment for 4 weeks. But I must say it's not Leeanna fault.

I am so happy with my hair cut and colour! Robert knew I was both excited and nervous about having colour on my curly hair and he helped me pick a colour that looks natural whilst still giving my hair (and me) a real boost! The salon felt really safe COVID wise and it was a lovely relaxing experience!

All excellent as always - I had to have 2 appointments as I’d forgotten re a test for skin reaction to colour but this was easily sorted - I had the cut first and then returned for the colour. This was my first time back since the first lockdown and as always it was a happy relaxed experience. I have been coming to Robert for a very long time and he’s always highly professional, recommends what is right for me and everyone else is always very professional and helpful.

My stylist leeanna did a brilliant job with my hair . Listened to what I wanted and not scissor happy. I'm pleased with my layers and choppy style. Nice hair products used on my hair.

After prolonged neglect during the recent lockdown my hair has been restored to the style and colour that I am used to- not an easy task!

I have some grey in my hair which has been missed. I did say I did not want grey in my hair.
